It is located on the first floor of Charles Library next to the elevators. There, you can get assistance with your library account, finding library materials, booking a study room, getting course reserve materials, connecting with the subject librarian for research help, and troubleshooting a simple technical issue. You can also get help locating spaces and services on campus. Our collection also includes a considerable number of video cassettes. These are seldom captioned.
