I have been to many fairs regularly in India and abroad like iba in Munich, FOOMA in Japan, Glufood in Dubai. Quite a lot of fairs happen in India also like Aahar and Foodpro. But I must appreciate Hospitality First team for doing it in a very focused way and taking efforts like Master classes and all to enrich the visitor’s knowledge in baking and confectionary, chocolate and other allied field.
