They will check for any duplicate, ineligible, or <a href="/wiki/Wikipedia:SOCK" class="mw-redirect" title="Wikipedia:SOCK">sockpuppeteer</a> votes, and strike them as necessary. Once scrutineering is complete, votes are tallied, results are announced, and new admins are granted administrative privileges. The pass threshold is 70% or greater.
