SOUTH沙崙資安服務基地」即將迎來啟用四周年的日子。在這特別的時刻，就和我們一起細數在這裡發生的資安產業里程碑吧。","articleBody":"隨著生成式AI應用迎來又一波大爆發，不少企業也在今年加緊腳步跟上這一波生產力革命；但當AI科技越發深入我們的工作與日常，資安防護也就成為不可輕忽的關鍵議題。有鑑於此，政府早在2020年就將臺灣資安產業列入國家六大核心戰略產業之一，並於2021年底正式啟用臺灣指標性的資安場域「ACW SOUTH數位產業署沙崙資安服務基地」（下稱沙崙基地），集合「展示」、「演訓」、「實證」功能於一，積極從人才育成、驗測實證產業技術、跨域合作等角度，推動臺灣資安產業與產業資安的長遠發展。以「人才」為本！沙崙資安服務基地攜手產官學研，培育資安實戰人才沙崙基地成立至今已四周年，多年來沙崙基地謹守「提升資安防護能量、推動臺灣產業資安、創造資安跨域合作」的三大使命，並以「人才培訓」為核心，透過「建場域」、「展劇本」、「訓人才」、「推應用」、「鏈國際」等一系列推動策略，進行資安專才的養成與培訓，並將相關成果推動擴散至跨領域的應用，甚至將國內資安能量進一步向國際輸出。其中最具代表性的，莫過於「沙崙資安新秀」的系列人才培育計畫。第一屆《沙崙資安新秀大賽》攜手大專院校，透過專題競賽提攜來自全臺各地的資安新秀們；第二屆《沙崙資安新秀媒合培育計畫》則擴大規模，開始尋求企業合作，以「企業出專題，學生來解題」的形式，幫助資安新秀們更進一步地接觸產業實務，認識資安產業的真正樣貌；而今年第三屆《沙崙資安新秀媒合培育計畫》除了延續去年模式，更將出題範圍從「資安企業」拓展至「政府單位」與「法人單位」，從產官學研等角度，提供資安新秀截然不同的視野，並首次跨部會培育國家潛力人才。「產業出題，學生解題」的培育模式，不只幫助產業與新秀展開深入的協作，幫助企業對接深具發展潛力的新生代資安人才，還有部分資安新秀在計畫結束後進入企業實習，在業界發揮他們的資安專業與熱忱，持續擴散計畫能量；另一方面，連續參與三屆計畫的資安新秀陳冠霖同學也深有感觸地分享，「在媒合培育計畫中，我接觸到很多在學時不曾接觸到的程式和思維；而且在業師的指導下，也對安全程式和資安鑑識產生更深刻的理解，不論是攻防演練還是開發技巧，都收穫了很多額外的產業知識，對未來就業非常有幫助。」認為培育計畫為他們創造許多在校時難以接觸到的實際經驗。「沙崙資安新秀」人才培育計畫迄今共培育來自全臺29所大專院校、108人次的資安新秀。未來，沙崙基地也將持續深化資安領域的人才培訓，透過更多不同的方式擴展合作，成為育成臺灣新生代資安人才的重要搖籃。展示諮詢、演訓攻防、實證驗測：沙崙資安服務基地推動資安扎根不遺餘力除了新秀人才的培養，今年度沙崙基地也針對臺灣資安產業的人才需求進行調查，並以資安署的資安職能訓練發展藍圖為框架，從策略面、管理面及技術面等面向切入，進行一系列的資安課程規劃，藉由辦理「實務型課程」，協助產業與資安廠商對接的「資安媒合會」等多元活動，提供產業資安人才全方位的支持。同時，沙崙基地積極推動產學研合作，共同研擬紅藍隊攻防演練劇本，透過攻防演訓深化人才培訓，並於一樓的「Testbed多元展區」設置智慧製造、關鍵基礎設施、智慧綠能、智慧物聯網、半導體等五大產業主題資安示範場域，提供產業與民眾資安導覽說明並展示資安攻防演訓情境，讓參與者了解資安攻擊事件的駭客手法，以及可防範的因應措施，協助企業事先部署完善的網路安全架構，以因應突發的資安攻擊事件；此外，為協助資安產業發展，沙崙基地也提供國內廠商「資安產品驗測」服務，參考國內外常見的資安攻擊事件研發攻防演練劇本，並鼓勵企業將資安產品帶來沙崙基地，運用展區實作平台進行產品實測，檢視產品在模擬攻擊情境下的實際效能，協助企業持續優化與精進資安產品。由於臺灣企業資安人員多由資訊人員兼任，所以沙崙基地推動臺灣資安發展的關鍵核心，就是產業資安的人才培力與資安職能強化，提升產業資安知能與資安產業的實戰力。正式啟用至今，沙崙基地透過各種實務課程、攻防演訓及多元活動，培育了近5,000人次的資安實戰人才，並開發出30套適用不同產業、情境的攻防演練劇本，協助34家次廠商完成44項次的資安產品驗測，以實際行動協助產業導入資安防護力，因應物聯網時代的各種資安挑戰。搭建沙崙資安服務基地成為資安產業與產業資安的交流平台展望未來，ACW <p>其中最具代表性的，莫過於「沙崙資安新秀」的系列人才培育計畫。第一屆《沙崙資安新秀大賽》攜手大專院校，透過專題競賽提攜來自全臺各地的資安新秀們；第二屆《沙崙資安新秀媒合培育計畫》則擴大規模，開始尋求企業合作，以「企業出專題，學生來解題」的形式，幫助資安新秀們更進一步地接觸產業實務，認識資安產業的真正樣貌；而今年第三屆《沙崙資安新秀媒合培育計畫》除了延續去年模式，更將出題範圍從「資安企業」拓展至「政府單位」與「法人單位」，從產官學研等角度，提供資安新秀截然不同的視野，並首次跨部會培育國家潛力人才。</p><p>「產業出題，學生解題」的培育模式，不只幫助產業與新秀展開深入的協作，幫助企業對接深具發展潛力的新生代資安人才，還有部分資安新秀在計畫結束後進入企業實習，在業界發揮他們的資安專業與熱忱，持續擴散計畫能量；另一方面，連續參與三屆計畫的資安新秀陳冠霖同學也深有感觸地分享，「在媒合培育計畫中，我接觸到很多在學時不曾接觸到的程式和思維；而且在業師的指導下，也對安全程式和資安鑑識產生更深刻的理解，不論是攻防演練還是開發技巧，都收穫了很多額外的產業知識，對未來就業非常有幫助。」認為培育計畫為他們創造許多在校時難以接觸到的實際經驗。</p><p>「沙崙資安新秀」人才培育計畫迄今共培育來自全臺29所大專院校、108人次的資安新秀。未來，沙崙基地也將持續深化資安領域的人才培訓，透過更多不同的方式擴展合作，成為育成臺灣新生代資安人才的重要搖籃。</p><h2 class="paragraph-title">展示諮詢、演訓攻防、實證驗測：沙崙資安服務基地推動資安扎根不遺餘力</h2><p>除了新秀人才的培養，今年度沙崙基地也針對臺灣資安產業的人才需求進行調查，並以資安署的資安職能訓練發展藍圖為框架，從策略面、管理面及技術面等面向切入，進行一系列的資安課程規劃，藉由辦理「實務型課程」，協助產業與資安廠商對接的「資安媒合會」等多元活動，提供產業資安人才全方位的支持。</p><div <p>同時，沙崙基地積極推動產學研合作，共同研擬紅藍隊攻防演練劇本，透過攻防演訓深化人才培訓，並於一樓的「Testbed多元展區」設置智慧製造、關鍵基礎設施、智慧綠能、智慧物聯網、半導體等五大產業主題資安示範場域，提供產業與民眾資安導覽說明並展示資安攻防演訓情境，讓參與者了解資安攻擊事件的駭客手法，以及可防範的因應措施，協助企業事先部署完善的網路安全架構，以因應突發的資安攻擊事件；此外，為協助資安產業發展，沙崙基地也提供國內廠商「資安產品驗測」服務，參考國內外常見的資安攻擊事件研發攻防演練劇本，並鼓勵企業將資安產品帶來沙崙基地，運用展區實作平台進行產品實測，檢視產品在模擬攻擊情境下的實際效能，協助企業持續優化與精進資安產品。</p><p>由於臺灣企業資安人員多由資訊人員兼任，所以沙崙基地推動臺灣資安發展的關鍵核心，就是產業資安的人才培力與資安職能強化，提升產業資安知能與資安產業的實戰力。正式啟用至今，沙崙基地透過各種實務課程、攻防演訓及多元活動，培育了近5,000人次的資安實戰人才，並開發出30套適用不同產業、情境的攻防演練劇本，協助34家次廠商完成44項次的資安產品驗測，以實際行動協助產業導入資安防護力，因應物聯網時代的各種資安挑戰。</p><h2
