Theoretical analysis shows that the proposed method is convergent under suitable conditions. In each iteration of the method two subsystems should be solved. One of them can be solved inexactly using the conjugate gradient method, and the second one by the Chebyshev acceleration method in conjunction with the well-known PRESB preconditioner.
