The last version can be found at <a href="http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr22/tr22-8.html">http://www.unicode.org/reports/tr22/tr22-8.html</a>.</p> <p>The discussion of issues in UTS #22 remains relevant, although the specific XML format is not commonly used.
