Many cases which those enterprises offer as their business models are different in a user of service and a customer who will pay the charge which leads to the revenue. A company breaking into a market was limited because there was regulation by occupation of a communication line in the past. Local communities need to adjust SDGs to their context, setting the mid- and long-term goals.With a focus on regional revitalization, the government develops Japan’s SDGs model by selecting municipalities as the ”SDGs Future Cities,” since their proposals were highly evaluated to achieve SDGs.In this study, the project management method using 17 goals in these cities is analyzed, mainly from the viewpoint of profiling management.
