not only a product but also my understanding of the intricate design process. It all started with the journey of PayZapp, a de-facto payments app for HDFC Bank. The design, product, and engineering teams burned the midnight oil, pouring their hearts into creating PayZapp 2.0. Through relentless hard work and close collaboration, we delivered the core functionalities to a closed user group. As the days turned into weeks, we continued to refine and enhance the app based on new feature sets, feedback, and discussions with multiple stakeholders. Our goal was set when we would launch PayZapp to its real-time users as a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).</p><p id="d368" class="pw-post-body-paragraph or os gu ot b hs pk ov ow hv pl oy oz oe pm pb pc oi pn pe pf om po ph pi pj gn bk"><strong class="ot gv">However, once the MVP was out, we grappled with the question: what next?</strong></p><p id="ef4c" class="pw-post-body-paragraph or os gu ot b hs pk ov ow hv pl oy oz oe pm pb pc oi pn pe pf om po ph pi pj gn bk">As the date to the launch was getting closer, this question lingered in my mind as we prepared to launch the MVP. We had tested, ensured stability, and optimized performance, but now we needed to think beyond the MVP. Despite my efforts, I couldn’t find a single comprehensive resource to guide me through the next steps. This dearth of resources made me think why not create a handbook for designers like me?</p><p id="262a" class="pw-post-body-paragraph or os gu ot b hs pk ov ow hv pl oy oz oe pm pb pc oi pn pe pf om po ph pi pj gn bk">A guide that would consolidate all the necessary information and provide a roadmap from MVP to a more polished product. Determined to make this idea a reality, I spent days researching and compiling a detailed document. Together, we brainstormed multiple theme ideas for the handbook to make it engaging and relatable.
