His adult self is not too different - he is a pop culture, horror film, and Disney fanboy who has always prioritized educating young adults. </p> <p>As an award-winning storyteller who grew up on the Mexico-United States border, he loves weaving strong Latino characters and authentic culture into his tales. He has ample experience crafting original content, including screenplays, novels, short stories, social media, curriculum, and grants. In his previous career, he was a Master Bilingual Teacher with a notoriety for transforming at-risk Latino youth by creating an engaging multimedia curriculum that brought the magic of movies into the classroom, catapulting him onto center stage at national and international education conferences.
