We can easily see whose calendar is jam-packed and whose isn’t, making it easy for us to evenly distribute appointments. We can pull up their upcoming schedules on real-time, allowing us to book clients without much conflict. Consequently, payouts are easier too because we can quickly see how many appointments have been successfully conducted and such.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I think it should be mandatory for our clinicians to update their calendars regularly so there’s no chance of a conflict in schedule. It allows me to easily access the treatment history of my patients so I know the next logical step in helping them get better. Multi-tasking is not a problem when using this tool too--pulling up a patient’s data and cross-referencing it with their current treatment plan is not only possible, but easy too.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> I think this might have more to do with my device, but I do notice that TherapyNotes requires a more robust hardware to function smoothly. TherapyNotes has saved me hundreds of dollars. The interface is much easier to navigate than our old system, and unlike our previous solution we aren't locked into a multi-year contract. Reports really help me look at revenue and spot problems quickly, and I can print a statement for a client right in session if desired. Easy to look things up in the electronic chart. I love it!</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> Honestly, it's hard for me to come up with any.
