عالمية</strong></font></p> <p><strong>مصادر: الأمريكيون باقون في العراق خمسة أعوام أخرى </strong></p> <p>كشفت مصادر سياسية مطلعة عن وجود حوارات بين الحكومة والسفارة الامريكية لإيجاد آلية معينة للاحتفاظ ببقاء عدد من القوات الامريكية في العراق بعد الانسحاب الامريكي المرتقب نهاية العام الحالي. وقالت المصادر إن حوارات تجري بين الجانبين بهدف إبرام مذكرة تفاهم تسمح ببقاء عدد من القوات الامريكية بعد عام ٢٠١١ وعلى مدى خمسة أعوام. وأضافت المصادر أن لجوء الحكومة إلى مثل هذا الإجراء هو لغرض تمرير الأمر من دون الرجوع إلى مجلس النواب. وتشير المصادر إلى أن الإدارة الامريكية تضغط على الحكومة لغرض حسم هذا الملف مع بدء العد التنازلي لإنهاء الاتفاقية الأمنية. وتنص الاتفاقية الأمنية الموقعة بين بغداد وواشنطن في نهاية تشرين الثاني من العام 2008 على وجوب أن تنسحب جميع قوات الولايات المتحدة من جميع الأراضي والمياه والأجواء العراقية في موعد لا يتعدى 31 كانون الأول من العام الحالي. وكانت قوات الولايات المتحدة المقاتلة قد انسحبت بموجب الاتفاقية من المدن والقرى والقصبات العراقية في 30 حزيران من عام 2009. في غضون ذلك أكد عضو التحالف الوطني النائب هيثم الجبوري أن الحكومة الامريكية تضغط بشكل كبير على حكومة بغداد لغرض الإبقاء على قواتها في العراق فترة أخرى. وأوضح الجبوري في تصريح له أمس الإثنين أن السفير الامريكي جيمس جيفري طلب من الكونغرس الامريكي مبلغ ستة مليارات دولار لسفارته في بغداد لغرض دعم مشاريعه في تعديل التوازن وعقد اتفاقية أمنية جديدة. ولفت إلى أن على الولايات المتحدة الالتزام بالاتفاقية الأمنية واحترام السيادة العراقية وخروج قواتها من العراق وفق ما حدد في الاتفاقية. وأكد الجبوري أن التحالف الوطني يصر على تنفيذ الاتفاقية الأمنية بكل بنودها دون إجراء أي تعديل عليها. يذكر أن السفير الامريكي في بغداد أكد السبت الماضي، انه طلب لعام 2012 موازنة لسفارته قدرها 6.2 مليار دولار من الكونغرس الامريكي لغرض المساعدة على تنمية العراق وسد الاحتياجات العالمية في مجال الطاقة.</p> <p><strong>نائب عن العراقية يكشف عن حوارات جادة لتشكيل اقليم محافظتي صلاح الدين ونينوى </strong></p> <p>اعلن النائب عن القائمة العراقية فلاح حسن زيدان عن وجود حوارات وصفها بالجادة يعقدها وجهاء من محافظتي صلاح الدين ونينوى لتشكيل اقليم خاص بهما. وقال: "ان وجهاء وشيوخ ومثقفين من محافظتي نينوى وصلاح الدين يعقدون حاليا اجتماعات جادة لتشكيل اقليم خاص بالمحافظتين"، مبينا "ان تشكيل هذا الاقليم جاء نتيجة التهميش الذي تعاني منه المحافظتان من قبل الحكومة المركزية". واضاف "ان تشكيل هذا الاقليم يعد الخطوة الاولى اذ ستليها خطوات اخرى كما يشار في هذه الاجتماعات الى التوجه نحو محافظة الانبار بهدف ضمها الى هذا الاقليم".</p> <p><strong>اندلاع حريق في مبنى وزارة التعليم العالي وسط بغداد</strong> </p> <p>أعلنت وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي اليوم الاثنين عن اندلاع حريق في مبنى الوزارة وسط بغداد مؤكدة أن الحريق لم يسفر عن أضرار بشرية ولم تذكر اي تفاصيل اخرى حول اسباب حدوث الحريق.</p> <p><strong>10 شهداء وجرحى في حصيلة نهائية لحريق فندق الرشيد </strong></p> <p>أكد مصدر في الشرطة العراقية الثلاثاء أن عشرة قتلى وجرحى سقطوا نتيجة الحريق الذي اندلع مساء أمس في فندق الرشيد بالمنطقة الخضراء وسط بغداد إثر استهدافه بصاروخ كاتيوشا.</p> <p>وقال المصدر إن حصيلة ضحايا الحريق الذي اندلع ليل أمس في فندق الرشيد بالمنطقة الخضراء إثر سقوط صاروخ كاتيوشا، انتهت عند خمسة قتلى وخمسة مصابين من الحراس الأمنيين وموظفي الفندق، فضلا عن احتراق 25 كرفانا.وأضاف المصدر الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه أن فرق الإطفاء هرعت إلى المكان وتمكنت من إخماد الحريق فيما أخلت سيارات الإسعاف القتلى والجرحى.واندلع حريق ليل أمس في فندق الرشيد بالمنطقة الخضراء وسط بغداد عقب استهدافه بصاروخ كاتيوشا فيما أشار مصدر أمني إلى أنه في المثنى، طبيبة في احدى نواحي المحافظة، وأصابها بطلق ناري بعد أن أضرم النار في دارها وذكر مدير عام صحة المثنى </p> <p>الدكتور أحمد الزيادي في حديث صحفي " ان طبيبة في المستوصف الصحي بناحية النجمي تعرضت لهجوم من قبل أحد عناصر حماية المستوصف، ما أدى الى إصابتها بجروح بليغة نقلت على إثرها للمستشفى.وأضاف ان الشرطي اقتحم منزل الطبيبة، وطعنها بسكين كان يحملها معه، ما دفع الطبيبة الى اللجوء لإحدى غرف الدار وأوصدت بابها بشكل محكم.وتابع الزيادي انه تعذر على الشرطي اقتحام الغرفة، فقام بفتح اسطوانة للغاز المسال واضرم النار في الغرفة لتضطر الطبيبة الى الهرب الى خارج الدار حيث كان الجاني بانتظارها وقام بتصويب سلاحه من نوع كلاشنكوف نحوها واصابها بجروح بليغة نقلت على اثرها الى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج.وبين مدير المستشفى ان أهالي المنطقة هرعوا الى مكان الحادث اثر سماع صوت العيارات النارية، وألقوا القبض على الشرطي وسلموه بعد ذلك الى القوات الأمنية التي وصلت بعد حين الى الموقع.من جانبه، أشار مصدر فضل عدم الاشارة له بالاسم "، الى ان الشرطي المكلف بحماية المركز كان تحت تأثير المخدر اثناء اقدامه على </strong></p> <p>شب حريق في احد الفنادق الاهلية وسط مدينة كربلاء نتيجة تماس كهربائي ونقل مصدر من مكان الحادث ان الحريق نشب قبل ظهر اليوم الاحد في فندق المنتظر بشارع العلقمي وسط كربلاء واسفر عن خسائر المقدادية القديم (35كم شمال شرق بعقوبة)، انفجرت، صباح اليوم، مما أسفر عن إصابة مدنيين اثنين أحدهما مختار قرية سلامة، شرق المقدادية، يدعى أكرم محمد فرمان، وإلحاق أضرار مادية بعدة محال تجارية قريبة من عناصر القوات الأمنية بإعمال عنفت شهدتها البلاد خلال شهر حزيران الماضي، مؤكدة أنها اعلى حصيلة سجلت</p> <p>منذ مطلع العام الحالي.وقالت المصادر في حديث صحفي إن "وزارت الدفاع والداخلية والصحة أكدت مقتل 271 شخصاً بينهم 77 شرطيا و39 عسكريا جراء أعمال عنف شهدتها مناطق متفرقة من البلاد خلال شهر حزيران الماضي"، مبينا أن "الحصيلة هي الأعلى منذ مطلع العام الحالي 2011".وتعتبر هذه الحصيلة الشهرية الأعلى ارتفاعا بعدد القتلى خلال العام الحالي 2011 حيث كانت ضحايا شهر أيار 177 قتيلا، فيما سجل شهر نيسان الماضي 211 قتيلا .ويعد التفجير المزدوج بسيارتين مفخختين الذي استهدف استهدف منزل محافظ الديوانية سالم </p></div> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 1.5em"><font color="#800000">العراق ممر دولي وحيوي لتهريب المخدرات من ايران الى بعض دول الخليج </font></span></strong></p> <p>حذر أطباء نفسيون في البصرة من تفاقم ظاهرة الإدمان على المخدرات، داعين خلال مؤتمر بمناسبة اليوم العالمي لمكافحة المخدرات إلى إنشاء مركز طبي لمعالجة الإدمان .وقال مدير قسم الصحة </p> <p>النفسية في دائرة صحة البصرة عقيل الصباغ إن المؤتمر ضم بحوثا حول تلك الظاهرة، مبيناً أنه وبعد احتلال العراق تم تسجيل الكثير من حالات الإدمان على مواد لم تكن معروفة في العراق مثل الحشيش والكوكايين، منتجة في افغانستان وباكستان وإيران. واعتبر الصباغ ان محاربة تجارة المشروبات الكحولية قد اسهمت بترسيخ تلك التحولات، حيث عززت من اعتمادية المدمنين على المخدرات، لافتاً إلى أن العراق مازال ممراً دولياً حيوياً لتهريب المخدرات من إيران إلى بعض دول الخليج. وأضاف الصباغ أن البصرة سجلت معدلات إدمان مرتفعة إلا أنها تفتقر إلى وجود مركز طبي تخصصي لمعالجة حالات الإدمان ، حيث يطر الراغبون بتلقي العلاج الى مراجعة أقسام الأمراض العقلية.</p> لقيادة عمليات بغداد اللواء قاسم عطا ، عن تشكيل (لجنة التنسيق الشعبي) من ممثلي الحكومة والمتظاهرين المطالبين بالاصلاحات . <br/>وقال عطا في تصريح صحفي "ان الاجتماع الثاني بين ممثلي الحكومة والمتظاهرين عقد يوم امس بحضور اكثر من 60 ممثلا للمتظاهرين ، وممثلين عن الحكومة ". <br/>واشار عطا الى انه حضر الاجتماع ممثلا عن قيادة عمليات بغداد وخطة فرض القانون. <br/>واضاف انه "تم الاتفاق على ان تتولى اللجنة التنسيق بين المتظاهرين والحكومة والقوات الامنية ، وفي حال وجود مستجدات تتطلب عقد لقاء اخر فسنكون على استعداد لذلك". <br/>ووصف عطا الاجتماع بانه " كان شفافا ويتسم بروح التفاهم ، وان الاجواء كانت ودية".</p> </p></div> <p><font color="#800000"><strong>التقرير الأمني</strong></font></p> <p>في بغداد، قتل عنصر في الصحوة وأصيب ابنه صباح الخميس، بإطلاق النار عليه من قبل اقتحموا منزله، بمنطقة الزيدان بقضاء أبو غريب غرب العاصمة. <br/>كما أصيب عنصران في الجيش العراقي بجروح في هجوم مسلح استهدف في ساعة متقدمة من ليل الأربعاء نقطة تفتيش تابعة للجيش العراقي في منطقة حي الشهداء وسط القضاء نفسه وذكر مصدر أمني للسومرية نيوز قوة عسكرية شنت عقب الهجوم حملة دهم وتفتيش في المنطقة اسفرت عن اعتقال 27 شخصا مشتبها به. <br/>وفي غرب بغداد أيضا عثرت قوة أمنية على جثة رجل مجهول الهوية كانت مرمية في أحد شوارع منطقة الوشاش وبدت عليها أثار طلقات نارية في منطقة الرأس. <br/>وفي حادث آخر، أصيب أحد العاملين في الوقف السني صباح الخميس بهجوم مسلح شنه مجهولون باسلحة كاتمة للصوت على سيارة الموظف لدى مروره على الشارع العام بمنطقة التاجي شمال بغداد. <br/>وفي ديالى، أصيب ضابط في الجيش العراقي برتبة ملازم وجندي في ساعة متقدمة من ليل الأربعاء بانفجار عبوة ناسفة استهدفت دورية عسكرية على الطريق الرئيس المؤدي إلى مركز ناحية السعدية شمال المحافظة. <br/>في حين اعلن قائد شرطة المحافظة اللواء الركن عبد الحسين الشمري في حديث لـ"<a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20120513231204/http://www.alsumarianews.com/ar/2/23834/news-details-.html" target="_blank" class="external">السومرية نيوز</a>"، عن اعتقال خلية مرتبطة بالقاعدة ومسؤولة عن عمليات اغتيال مكونة من ثلاثة أشخاص، أحدهم قائد الخلية ويدعى عبد الله الهندي في عملية دهم وتفتيش في عدد من المناطق داخل مدينة بعقوبة. <br/>كما اعتقل سبعة أشخاص بينهم مطلوبان بتهمة "الإرهاب" في ارسلت وفدا من موظفيها للمشاركة في مراقبة الانتخابات النيابية التركية التي تجري اليوم بناءً للدعوة الموجهة اليها من قبل اللجنة العليا للانتخابات التركية . <br/>وذكر بيان للمفوضية اليوم الاحد "ان هذه الدعوة هي رسالة واضحة للمكانة التي تتمتع بها المفوضية بعد ان عملت خلال المدة الماضية بنزاهة ومهنية اثمرت عن توجيه العديد من الدعوات من مختلف دول العالم لمراقبة انتخاباتها ، منها دول اوروبية وآسيوية وافريقية ، فضلا عن تقارير منظمات المراقبة الدولية والعربية والمحلية التي اشادت بما قامت به المفوضية من انجازات على صعيد الانتخابات عززت من مكانة العراق الديمقراطية بين بلدان العالم". <br/>واضاف "ان على العراق وعمليته السياسية  </strong></p> <p>أكد قيادي في ائتلاف دولة القانون أن زعيم القائمة العراقية أياد علاوي أصبح خطراً على عمليته السياسية، واصفا خطابه الأخير بالحرب والفتنة، لافتاً إلى حق ائتلافه والعشائر العراقية برفع دعوى قضائية ضد علاوي. <br/>وقال ياسين مجيد في تصريح صحافي، الأحد، أن رئيس القائمة العراقية أياد علاوي أصبح مشروعا خطراً على البلاد، مبينا أن علاوي يفهم أن الحوار بين دولة القانون والعراقية لن يكون لصالحه، ولذلك يصعد الأزمة بين القائمتين. <br/>وأضاف مجيد أن خطاب علاوي الأخير جاء لنسف الحوار بين دولة القانون والعراقية، مشيرا إلى حق العشائر والمتظاهرين وكوادر حزب الدعوة أن يرفعوا دعوى قضائية ضد زعيم القائمة العراقية.</p> <p><strong>اشتباك بالايدي بين النائبين كمال الساعدي وحيدر الملا في مجلس النواب </strong></p> <p>أكد مصدر في مجلس النواب العراقي، الأحد، أن النائب عن دولة القانون كمال الساعدي والنائب عن القائمة العراقية اشتبكا بالأيدي داخل مبنى البرلمان. <br/>وقال المصدر في حديث لـ"السومرية نيوز"، إن "النائب عن دولة القانون كمال الساعدي، والنائب عن القائمة العراقية اشتبكا بالأيدي، صباح اليوم، داخل بهو مجلس النواب، مبينا أن النائبين تشاتما وارتفعت أصواتهم جدا. <br/>وأضاف المصدر، الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه أن عددا من النواب استطاعو فض الاشتباك فيما توعد الساعدي الملا. </p> <p><strong><span style="font-size: 1.5em"><font color="#800000">الاخبار الامنية </font></span></strong></p> <p><strong>مقتل 47قاضيا منذ 2003معظمهم من أهالي بغداد </strong></p> <p>أعلن مصدر قضائي أن القضاة في العراق ما يزالون يتعرضون للقتل والخطف بعد 8 سنوات من الاحتلال الأمريكي على العراق وحكوماته المتعاقبة إذ قتل 47 قاضيا منذ العام 2003.</p> <p>وأوضح المتحدث الرسمي باسم مايسمى مجلس القضاء الأعلى عبد الستار البيرقدار أنه منذ العام 2003 قتل 47 قاضيا في أنحاء العراق معظمهم في بغداد مبينا أن القضاة يتعرضون منذ 8 سنوات للتهديد بالقتل أو للخطف ثم تدفع أموال من أجل إطلاق سراحهم وبعضهم الآخر يجبرون على ترك منازلهم أو يتعرضون لمحاولة اغتيال فيما يفقد آخرون أقرباء لهم. وتابع البيرقدار أن 4 قضاة قتلوا العام 2003 وقتل قاضيان في العام التالي ثم 7 قضاة في 2005 و9 في 2006 وارتفع العدد إلى 10 بعد عام وقتل 6 قضاة في 2008 وقاضيان في 2009 و4 قضاة في 2010 و3 قضاة هذا العام.وفي نهاية نيسان، قتل القاضي (طعمة جبار التميمي )إثر تفجير منزله بعبوات ناسفة في منطقة التاجي شمال بغداد.وتأتي هذه النسبة لتكذب مزاعم المالكي بأن العراق أصبح البلد الأول في الأمن والاستقرار خلافا لما تعانيه دول أخرى.</p> <p><strong>مقتل ضابط في الجيش العراقي بانفجار عبوة لاصقة جنوب بغداد </strong></p> <p>هزت 3 انفجارات عنيفة مدينة كركوك، صباح اليوم الخميس، وادت الى قتل وجرح قرابة 140 شخص قرب مديرية شرطة كركوك و قرب محافظة كركوك. <br/>مدير غرفة العمليات المشتركة العقيد يادكار محمد شكر قال ان الانفجار الاول كان عبارة عن عبوة لاصقة ولم ينجم عنها أية خسائر، وبعد اجتمع قوات من الشرطة الاسايش في موقع الانفجار، انفجرت سيارة مدنية مفخخة، مبيناً ان الانفجار الثالث وقع قرب مبنى المحافظة. <br/>وبحسب آخر الاحصائيات التي تناقلتها وسائل الاعلام فقد أودت الانفجارات الثلاثة بحياة أكثر من 27 شخص وجرح 90 آخرين، والحصيلة قابلة للزيادة.</p> </p></div> <p><font color="#800000"><strong>أخبار عالمية</strong></font></p> <p><strong>التيار الصدري يعتبر تردي الأوضاع في العراق بعد الانسحاب الاميركي اعتقاداً خاطئ </strong></p> <p>قال المتحدث باسم التيار الصدري، الخميس، ان الاعتقاد بتردي الاوضاع الامنية، وتجدد النزاعات الداخلية الطائفية في العراق بعد انسحاب القوات الاميركية اعتقاد خاطئ. <br/>واوضح صلاح العبيدي لوكالة كردستان للانباء ان بعض الاطراف التي تؤيد بقاء القوات الاميركية في البلاد يسود لديها هذا الاعتقاد، الا ان التيار الصدري لا يؤيده. <br/>وأشار الى ان سبب تأزم الاوضاع الأمنية في العراق يعود الى السياسات الاميركية الخاطئة، ولاسيما انها أعادت عدداً من المسؤولين البعثيين القدماء </strong></p> <p>عقد رئيس الحكومة نوري المالكي مؤتمرا صحافيا للرد على انتقادات القائمة العراقية اكّد خلاله حقه كقائد عام للقوات المسلحة في اختيار الوزراء الامنيين رافضا ان تدار الدولة من قبل ثلاثة او اربعة رؤوس لان ذلك قد يؤدي الى انهيار المؤسسات. <br/>المالكي، اكد ايضًا ان مسألة تمديد بقاء القوات الاميركية من عدمها مرتبطة بتوافق وطني حولها، مشيرا إلى ان من يحاول تحميله مسؤولية هذا الامر منفردا يتهرب من مسؤولياته والتزاماته. </p> <p><strong><font color="#800000">احداث امنية في مناطق عدة من البلاد</font> </strong></p> <p>انفجرت عبوة ناسفة كانت مزروعة الى جانب الطريق في مدينة الصدر، ما ادى الى جرح ستة مدنيين. كما ادى الانفجار الى تحطم نوافذ المنازل المجاورة وتضرر عدد من السيارات. <br/>اتهم مكتب الشهيد الصدر في محافظة ديالى، الأربعاء، القوات الأميركية بمداهمة مقره الرئيس شمال غرب بعقوبة، وتمزيق المصاحف والعلم العراقي وسرقة عدد من اجهزة الكومبيوتر. <br/>وقال مدير مكتب الصدر في ديالى وديع العتبي ان قوة من الجيش الأميركي داهمت، فجر اليوم، المقر الرئيسي لمكتب الصدر في أطراف ناحية جديدة الشط مضيفا ان <br/>وفداً من قيادة عمليات ديالى توجه إلى مقر المكتب للاطلاع على الوضع ميدانياً"، لافتاً إلى أن "هذه المداهمة تمثل خرقاً فاضحاً للاتفاقية الأمنية. <br/>وفي ديالى ايضا القت القوات الامنية القبض على ستة عشر شخصا بينهم مطلوب بتهمة الارهاب في عمليات دهم بمناطق متفرقة من المحافظة. <br/>وقال مصدر امني ان قوة من الشرطة نفذت، ليل الثلاثاء وصباح الاربعاء، عمليات دهم في مناطق بعقوبة وناحية السعدية وقضاء المقدادية وناحية بني سعد أسفرت عن اعتقال المشتبه بهم. <br/>وفي الانبار القت قوة امنية القبض على ثلاثة مطلوبين بتهمة الإرهاب غرب الأنبار وقال مصدر امني ان المطلوبين كانوا مقيمين في سوريا منذ سنوات وتم اعتقالهم بعد أيام قليلة من دخولهم الأراضي العراقية استنادا إلى معلومات استخبارية دقيقة. <br/>وفي دهوك اعتقلت قوة أمنية ستة أشخاص علقوا في نهر الخابور شمال دهوك أثناء محاولة التسلل إلى الأراضي التركية. <br/>وقال مصدر امني إن أربعة من المعتقلين هم من أهالي مدينة حلبجة، والخامس من مدينة أربيل، بالإضافة إلى المهرب الذي كان يقود المجموعة لإدخالها إلى الأراضي التركية </p> </p></div> <p><font color="#800000"><strong>أخبار عالمية</strong></font></p> <p>التراشق بين العراقية ودولة القانون بلغ سقفا مرتفعا مع الردود والردود المضادة بين كل من رئيس الحكومة نوري المالكي وزعيم العراقية اياد علاوي. واليوم انتقد المالكي علاوي بعنف قائلا ان الذين يتكلمون على التوافق يريدون ان تُحكم البلاد من قبل عدة رؤوس. <br/>رئيس الحكومة اكد ايضًا ان مسألة تمديد بقاء القوات الاميركية من عدمها مرتبطة بتوافق وطني حولها، مشيرا إلى ان من يحاول تحميله مسؤولية هذا الامر منفردا يتهرب من مسؤولياته والتزاماته. <br/>زعيم القائمة العراقية اياد علاوي لم ينتظر اكثر من ساعتين للرد على تصريحات رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي بشان كون الوزارات الامنية حصة للمكونات وليس للكتل السياسية، مؤكدا في المقابل ان الخلاف بينهما ليس شخصيا. <br/>زعيم القائمة العراقية استغرب اجراءات قيادة عمليات بغداد برفع الكتل الكونكريتية من امام مقره، الا ان القيادة اكدت انها تنفذ خطة لفتح شارع الزيتون ولم تقصد مقر علاوي تحديدا. <br/>النواب لم ينأوا بانفسهم عن الحرب الكلامية المستعرة بين رئيس الحكومة نوري المالكي ورئيس القائمة العراقية اياد علاوي. فتحول ممثلو الشعب إلى وقود يغذي الخلاف مطلقين الاتهامات في حق الزعماء في كل الاتجاهات. <br/>اكد وزير الخارجية هوشيار زيباري عقب لقائه نظيره الايراني علي اكبر صالحي ان ايران مستعدة لحل كل المشاكل العالقة بين البلدين، في حين قال الوزير الايراني ان سياسة ايران هي عدم التدخل في شؤون الدول الاخرى. <br/>استكمل مجلس النواب اليوم استجواب مفوضية الانتخابات فيما تم تاجيل بعض القوانين الى ما بعد عطلة المجلس كقانون مجلس القضاء الاعلى وقانون المحكمة الاتحادية وقانون النزاهة وقانون المفتشيين العموميين. <br/>نفت المجموعة العربية في مجلس محافظة كركوك ما أعلنته قيادة شرطة المحافظة عن وجود اتفاق بين جميع الكتل السياسية في المجلس على تمديد بقاء الجيش الامريكي في كركوك، موكدة ان تصريحات قيادة الشرطة تمثل تدخلا في العمل السياسي. <br/>اعلن وزير الصحة مجيد حمد امين ان السنة الحالية ستكون افضل سنة دوائية يمر بها العراق، مشيرا الى ان الوزارة تعاقدت مع ايران والاردن لاستيراد ادوية وتقنيات مكافحة الامراض. <br/>مساعدات اضافية من المنظمة الدولية للهجرة لاهالي الديوانية كجزء من مشروع تقوم به لتشغيل العاطلين عن العمل في المحافظة. <br/>أعلن وزير الاسكان والاعمار محمد دراجي خلال زيارته لواسط البدء باعمار مبنى المحافظة واعطاء الضوء الاخضر لتنفيذ كافة المشاريع الخاصة بالوزارة. </p> <p><b>المصالحة الشبلي من محاولةِ اغتيالٍ بعبوة ناسفة استهدفت موكبه وسط العاصمة، وأسفرت عن مقتلِ أحد عناصر حمايته وإصابةِ آخر. وفي ساحة الفردوس، قُتل مدني واصيب ستة ُ اشخاص بينهم ثلاثة من عناصر الشرطة بانفجار عبوة ناسفة استهدفت دوريتَهم، كماأصيب ضابط ٌومنتسب في الشرطة بانفجار عبوة كانت ملصقة بسيارة مدنية تعود لضابط في وزارة الداخلية في مدينة الصدر. وفي كركوك، اصيب مدرسٌ بانفجار عبوة ناسفة استهدفت سيارته في منطقة حي الشعب داخل ناحية الزاب. وفي منطقة الهرمات غرب الموصل، إعتقلت قوةٌ أمنية مطلوبا بتهمة الإرهاب، فيما اعتقلت قوةٌ أمنية في ديالى تسعة أشخاص بينهم مطلوبان بتهمة "الإرهاب" في عمليات دهم شنتها في مناطق متفرقة من المحافظة. الى ذلك، استـُهدِف مطار بغداد الدولي عصر اليوم بأربع قذائف هاون، من دون معرفة حجم الخسائر البشرية او المادية. </p> <p><b>استبدال طباخي سجن المقدادية ينهي إضراب 70 معتقلا</b></p> <p>قال مصدر في شرطة ديالى إن مديرية شرطة المقدادية أنهت إضرابا عن الطعام بدأه السجناء احتجاجا على نوعية الطعام المقدم لهم بالاستجابة جزئيا لمطالبهم. <br/>وأوضح المصدر في تصريح صحفي "أن سبعين سجينا من نزلاء سجن مديرية شرطة المقدادية شرقي بعقوبة بدأوا إضراباً عن الطعام في تمام الساعة السادسة من مساء السبت الماضي احتجاجا على نوعية الطعام المقدم لهم". <br/>وأضاف المصدر "أن مديرية شرطة المقدادية أنهت الإضراب من خلال الاستجابة الجزئية لمطالب السجناء، إذ قامت باستبدال طباخي السجن".</p> </p></div> <p><b>مقتدى الصدر يدعو قناة الجزيرة الى الحيادية في نقل الاخبار وينتقد تغطيتها لاحداث البحرين</b></p> <p>التقى زعيم التيار الصدري السيد مقتدى الصدر في مقر اقامته في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة وفدا من قناة الجزيرة الفضائية . <br/>وقال المكتب الاعلامي للهيئة الاعلامية للتيار الصدري "ان الصدر شدد خلال اللقاء على احتكام الحيادية في نقل الاخبار وتغطية الاحداث وعدم الانحياز الى جهة دون اخرى" ،مبينا "ان ما حصل في البحرين كان خير شاهد على عدم الحيادية في التعاطي مع الاحداث". <br/>وراى الصدر "ان الحيادية والمهنية ضروريتان لنجاح اية وسيلة اعلامية هادفة تريد ان توصل الخير للناس وتزرع المحبة والالفة بينهم ". <br/>ودعا قناة الجزيرة الى "تبني مشروع اعلامي وحدوي يهدف الى زرع وتأصيل مفاهيم الاخوة الاسلامية والعربية والانسانية وزرع التكاتف بين المسلمين ونبذ الخلاف والفرقة ، سيما في ظل الاوضاع الراهنة التي تعيشها المنطقة". <br/>من جانبه عبر وفد قناة الجزيرة عن شكره للسيد مقتدى الصدر لاتاحته فرصة اللقاء".</p> <p><b>اسامة النجيفي خلال لقائه اوغلو: استقرار العراق هو استقرار لتركيا ودول المنطقة</b></p> <p>أكد رئيس مجلس النواب اسامة النجيفي , خلال لقاءه وزير الخارجية التركي احمد داود اوغلوا, ان استقرار العراق يؤئر بشكل ايجابي على استقرار المنطقة . <br/>وذكر بيان صدر عن مكتب رئيس مجلس النواب "ان النجيفي التقى مساء امس الاحد , على هامش المنتدى البرلماني في اسطنبول وزير الخارجية التركي وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث مجمل العلاقات الثنائية واّفاقها المستقبلية وسبل تطويرها، كما بحث الجانبان تطورات الاوضاع في المنطقة والدول الاقليمية وتاثيراتها الجانبية على البلدين" . <br/>واضاف البيان "ان رئيس مجلس </strong></p> <p>قالت مصادر أمنية وطبية في محافظة ديالى، مساء الخميس، بأن حصيلة التفجير الانتحاري شرق المحافظة ارتفعت الى 42 شهيدا وجريحا.وأضافت المصادر، إن "حصيلة حادث التفجير الانتحاري بحزام ناسف داخل حسينية الإمام الحسين في قضاء بلدروز في محافظة ديالى ارتفعت الى 12 قتيلاً و30 جريحاً"، مبيناً أن "الحصيلة ليست نهائية". وكان مصدر في شرطة محافظة ديالى أفاد، مساء الخميس، بأن انتحارياً يرتدي حزاماً ناسفاً فجر نفسه، مساء اليوم الخميس، وسط المصلين داخل حسينية الإمام الحسين في قضاء بلدروز، شرق بعقوبة، ما أدى إلى مقتل عشرة اشخاص وإصابة عشرين اخرين.</p> <p><b>في تواصل لمسلسل الاغتيالات الصامتة.. مقتل عميد بوزارة الدفاع وسط بغداد</b></p> <p>اغتال مسلحون مجهولون ،اليوم الخميس، ضابطا برتبة عميد في وزارة الدفاع وسط العاصمة بغداد. <br/>وقال مصدر امني "ان مسلحين مجهولين يستقلون سيارة حديثة أطلقوا النار، ظهر اليوم، من مسدسات كاتمة للصوت باتجاه سيارة ضابط برتبة عميد في وزارة الدفاع لدى مرورها في ساحة اللقاء وسط بغداد، ما أسفر عن مقتله في الحال". <br/>وطوقت القوات الامنية مكان الحادث،وفتحت تحقيقا لمعرفة ملابسات عملية الاغتيال والجهة التي تقف ورائه ".</p> <p><b>التيار الصدري يستبعد اجراء انتخابات مبكرة ويقول ان فشل المالكي يؤدي الى تنحية حكومته</b></p> <p>قال امير الكناني النائب عن كتلة الاحرار التابعة للتيار الصدري ان فشل حكومة نوري المالكي في الخروج من اختبار المائة يوم، لن يؤدي الى انتخابات مبكرة بل الى تنحيته وسحب الثقة عن وزرائه. <br/>واستبعد الكناني في تصريح صحفي امكانية اجراء انتخابات مبكرة في البلاد اذا اخفقت الحكومة في تنفيذ ما وعدت به. <br/>واوضح "من الناحية الواقعية لا يمكن ذلك، على اعتبار ان الحكومة اذا اخفقت فان البرلمان سيسحب الثقة منها". <br/>وفيما يخص خيار حل البرلمان الذي اشار اليه رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي قال النائب الكناني "لا يمكن طرح هكذا فكرة مطلقاً على اعتبار ان مجلس النواب يضم اغلب الكتل السياسية"،مضيفا "ان القصور،هو قصور اداء حكومي وليس تشريعيا".</p> </p></div> <p><strong>الامطار الغزيرة تغير اماكن الالغام في اقليم كردستان </strong></p> <p>حذرت المديرية العامة للالغام المواطنين في اقليم كردستان من اقترابهم من الاراضي الملغومة اثناء قصدهم للمناطق الجبلية للحصول على بعض الاعشاب والنباتات</p> <p>بسبب تحريك الامطار الغزيرة لاماكن تلك الالغام في الاراضي المعزولة والمؤشرة لها. وقال اكوعزيز مديرقسم التحذير من مخاطر الالغام في المديرية في الايام السابقة وبسبب غزارة الامطار تحركت الكثير من الالغام من اماكنها المسيجة والمعزولة خاصة من المناطق الجبلية المرتفعة لذا على المواطنين الحذر اثناء التوجة الى المناطق الجبلية والسهول للحصول على الاعشاب
