Many companies<br \/>\r\nhave seen their profits doubled through the use of online services in<br \/>\r\ntheir operation and a typical example is Hewlett Packard (HP) which<br \/>\r\nis rapidly transforming their after sales business into a profit<br \/>\r\ngenerating e-service business unit.<br \/>\r\nThis paper will examine the various challenges confronting e-<br \/>\r\nService adoption and implementation in Nigeria and also analyse<br \/>\r\nlessons learnt from e-Service adoption and implementation in Asia to<br \/>\r\nsee how it could be useful in Nigeria which is a lower middle income<br \/>\r\ncountry.
