<p>Students will be entitled to a full refund of mandatory fees, non-resident tuition, and tuition fee <strong>ONLY </strong>if they cancel their registration or drop <strong>ALL </strong>classes <strong>PRIOR TO FIRST DAY OF THE SEMESTER </strong>for an academic term (prior to<strong> January 17, 2025</strong>, for Spring 2025 Term).</p> <p> Students who drop <strong>ALL </strong>classes on or after<strong> January 18, 2025</strong> and up to 60% point in the academic period (March 27, 2025, for Spring 2025) will be entitled to a pro-rata refund.</p> <p> The pro-rata refund is determined on the basis of the date of the student's withdrawal and the length of the academic period. The length of the academic period is calculated from the first day of instruction <strong>(January 18, 2025)</strong> through the final exam day <strong>(May 15, 2025)</strong> of the academic period and excludes any breaks of five (5) days or more.<br/><br/><strong>Understanding Pro-rated refund:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Count the number of days from , to actual withdrawal date. </li> <li>Divide the number of days by 116 (the number of days in Spring 2025) and multiply it by actual fees paid to get your pro-rated fee. </li> <li>Subtract pro-rated fee from actual fees paid.
