The length of the academic period is calculated from the first day of instruction <strong>(January 18, 2025)</strong> through the final exam day <strong>(May 15, 2025)</strong> of the academic period and excludes any breaks of five (5) days or more.<br/><br/><strong>Understanding Pro-rated refund:</strong></p> <ol> <li>Count the number of days from , to actual withdrawal date.&#160;</li> <li>Divide the number of days by 116 (the number of days in Spring 2025) and multiply it by actual fees paid to get your pro-rated fee.&#160;</li> <li>Subtract pro-rated fee from actual fees paid.
