text-align: left;"><strong>Abstract：</strong>Similar to the Solar System, extra-solar planetary systems may also contain planets with very diverse properties. As a result, although there exist multiple methods for detecting extra-solar planets, no single one is able to detect and/or characterize all the planets in the same system. We therefore need to combine the constraints from different detection techniques, in order to better understand the formation and evolution of planetary systems as a whole. This talk will present some recent works that we have done in this regard.<br/></p><p style="text-wrap: wrap; text-align: left;"><br/></p><div style="text-wrap: wrap; text-align: left;"><strong>Bio：</strong>Wei Zhu got his undergraduate degree from Peking University in 2013 and then a PhD degree from the Ohio State University in 2017. Between 2017 and early 2021, he worked at the Canadian Institute for Theoretical Astrophysics (CITA), first as a postdoctoral fellow and then a senior research associate.
