Housekeeping ignores "Do not disturb" sign/moves personal belongings (never found camcorder again--coincidence?). I would never stay here ever again. The restaurants in the hotel never seemed to be open. Also beware when you check in they make you sign a contract with about 10 items saying that if anything happens to this, then they will charge you a crazy price for it. A group of 10 of us went there for New Years and we will never stay there again. There was no hot water on New Years and when we called the front desk they said that it was because of everyone taking a shower. I have stayed at other hotels on New Years and have never had this problem before. But the hotel didn't worth to be in such a good location. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was just like a nightmare to us. The room is small, and the price is not reasonable. There is some weird machine noise starting at 1:00am for several hours. And there is a ice cube machine near us, people are getting ice cubes the whole night. We just cannot sleep in the room. Also, the hotel suddenly cut the internet service from our room for no reason. The worst thing is that the communication between the front desk and the bell man is really bad. Every time we ask something from the front desk, the front desk will told us to find the bell man, but the bell man doesn't know wt is going on.
