door which gives access to the other sacraments. Through Baptism we are freed from sin and reborn as sons of God; we become members of Christ, are incorporated into the Church and made sharers in her mission: “Baptism is the sacrament of regeneration through water in the word.”-</em><br>Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC) 1213</p> <hr class="wp-block-separator has-css-opacity is-style-wide"/> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Requests for Child Baptism</h2> <p>To arrange for the baptism of a child at St. Vincent Ferrer or St. Catherine of Siena Church, please download the Baptism request form. The form is a fillable PDF so you can save it to your computer, fill it in, and email the completed form to the Parish Office at <a href="mailto:parish@svsc.info"><em><strong>parish@svsc.info</strong></em></a>. A priest will be in touch with you to set up a meeting and schedule the Baptism. <br><br><em><strong>Please note:</strong> To baptize a child at our parish, families must either be current parishioners or have a prior connection to the parish.
