We firstly investigate the boundness and extinction of the stochastic system. Furthermore, we use Ito’s formula, the comparison theorem and some new inequalities techniques of stochastic differential systems to discuss persistence in mean of two diseases on three cases. The results indicate that stochastic fluctuations can suppress the disease outbreak.
