<h1>Donations</h1> <div class="wysiwyg-output"> <p>Since 1925, the <strong>John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation</strong> has awarded Fellowships to further the development of artists, scholars, and scientists by assisting those selected to engage in creation in any of the arts, or to do research in any field of knowledge, under the freest possible conditions and irrespective of race, color, or creed.  Fellowships are awarded to individuals based on unusually impressive achievement in the past and exceptional promise for future accomplishment.
