It would be nice if they can put the price$10-20 for 2000 contacts. You can arrange the form easily and it will send emails, also the emails will go further to the people by reaching different ways. And because of the fact that works with your website you have a choice to help your customer unexpectedly, for e.g. if someone clicks on the help page several times you can send an automatic email asking if they need help.
