<P>　　黑河优越的地理位置、完美的生态环境、独特的人文历史和民俗风情，使黑河旅游资源丰富独特。黑河市山川秀丽，是别具北国特色的净土观光带，具有世界旅游三大自然资源中的冰雪、森林两种。黑河虽无浩瀚的大海，却有美丽的界江。在黑河可以春闻达子花香，夏看蓝天碧水，秋赏七彩霜叶，冬观晶莹白雪。黑河夏季最高气温平均温度为24度，是理想的休闲避暑胜地；进入十月份后，冰雪期长达180天。冬季的黑河千里冰封，万里雪飘，到处是银装素裹，是南方旅游者赏雪、滑雪的极好去处和最佳选择。</P>
