If this batch sells out, I'll produce another batch. I designed it particularly for ultra cycling, where you might have two headlights, two bike computers, a GPS tracker, and maybe an action camera for good measure. It is modular, so it can be adapted to a lot of different scenarios.

[Link

Songs About Dinosaurs - Professor Goldstein and the Adjuncts

MefiMusic Alum makes good with a pop punk progressive-ska Weezercore old school concept album.

Professor Goldstein & The Adjuncts: a 7-piece party rock group from the DC burbs who's influenced by ska punk, dad rock, indie folk, and Weezer. The band comes complete with rhythm section, horn section, and hype (no figures sold separately.) From bandleader Aeryn: "This is Songs About Dinosaurs. It is an album where Ananth's mix shows that 186 million years is still a cohesive stream of time. It is an album where Jan's solos bring the mightiest creatures to ever walk this planet to life. It is an album where Miles' horn lines connect us to the speculative stories of the past in a way that we tell narratives in the present. It is an album where I try to make sense of the world around me by doing what I haven't stopped doing since I was three: talking about Dinosaurs! I hope this record brings some semblance of whatever you need at the moment. Putting it out in the open after writing it in 2019 certainly feels like a sense of closure for me." From Mefite frecklefaerie: I am so proud to be part of this amazing piece of art. I'm the "band elder" but connect with half the band because we went to the same High School and had the same band director nearly 20 years apart. I want to thank Mefi Music for their support and keeping me active in music when I didn't have another outlet. I'm really proud to share this with everyone!

[Link

Calc/16

A calculator that computes to the nearest 1/16th, designed for US contractors and DIYers working in inches.

[Link

Magical Regulators TTRPG

I just put out a game! Magical Regulators is a game about powerful wizards messing with things far beyond their ken - politics, bureaucracy, and the lives of normal people. Trigger warnings : body and medical horror, existential dread, absurdism, end of life. Hopefully those who like dark humour and absurd will enjoy them?

I have been entertaining some stories ideas that amuse me, and started to put them in writing. It's an electronic heaven made possible by a fleet of astonishing autonomous robots. But Metropolis holds its secrets tightly. The only word that gets out is from the few reporters they invite. One of them is Nan's best friend, the sportswriter Stanley Bronfels. But when Stanley disappears, it falls to Nan to discover the secrets of Metropolis... or find oblivion herself. WHERE CAN I LISTEN TO IT The first six episodes are available here: • WEBSITE • APPLE PODCASTS • SPOTIFY • RSS The first season runs thirteen, with the remaining episodes coming out now through the first half of 2025. THE STORY BEHIND IT Audio drama is an incredible medium, I had a story to tell, and I was fortunate enough to work with an incredible team of actors and creatives here in Seattle to tell it. (It also helps when you're married to a world-class dramaturg and theater director.) I think this show has turned out pretty darn well. If you've never listened to an audio drama before, you might be surprised at how much you like it. And if this isn't your first rodeo, then allow me to make your listening queue just that much longer. XD Thanks!

[Link

Getting Unstuck: A Compassion Centered Approach to Writing Difficulties

I'm one of the speakers at a free 4 day virtual event called The Write Your Own Way Summit: Forge Your Unique Magic. My topic is "Getting Unstuck: A Compassion Centered Approach to Writing Difficulties" and takes place on 3pm EST on the 2nd of February.

Write Your Own Way is an event that celebrates the diverse, personal, and uniquely creative paths that writers take to to produce their best work.
