ہونے والی ایک طبی تحقیق میں سامنے آیا۔</p><p>لوف بورگ یونیورسٹی کی تحقیق کے مطابق لوگ 6 گھنٹے کی نیند لے کر بھی خود کو مختلف بیماریوں کے خطرے سے بچاسکتے ہیں۔</p><p>ان کا کہنا تھا کہ جسم کو 6 گھنٹے کی نیند لینے کے لیے تیار کرنے کے حوالے سے چند نکات پر عمل کرنا چاہیے۔</p><p>محققین کے مطابق سب سے پہلے تو یہ بات یقینی بنائیں کہ آپ ہر روز صبح ایک ہی وقت پر بیدار ہوں۔</p><p>اسی طرح پہلے ہفتے 20 منٹ تاخیر سے سونے کے لیے جائیں، دوسرے ہفتے یہ وقت 40 منٹ اور تیسرے ہفتے ایک گھنٹے تک لے جائیں۔</p><p>ہر ہفتے 20 منٹ تاخیر سے جانے کا عمل اُس وقت تک برقرار رکھیں جب تک نیند کا دورانیہ 6 گھنٹے تک نہیں آجاتا۔</p><p>محققین کا کہنا تھا کہ 7 سے 9 گھنٹے اکثر افراد کے لیے نیند کا مثالی دورانیہ سمجھا جاتا ہے مگر اس کا انحصار جینز پر بھی ہوتا ہے۔</p><p>تاہم ان کا کہنا تھا کہ نیند کا دورانیہ 6 گھنٹے تک لانے کے دوران اس بات کو بھی یقینی بنایا جائے کہ اس کا معیار اچھا ہو۔</p><p>اس کے لیے سونے سے ایک گھنٹے قبل تک اسمارٹ فون یا کمپیوٹر وغیرہ کا استعمال نہ کریں جبکہ کیفین کا استعمال کم کردیں، اس سے فوری سونا
