枕头馍是阜阳特产之一，又称阜阳大馍。每个长约1-1.5市尺，宽 约0.5-0.8市尺，厚约0.3-0.5市尺，重约2-6斤，堪称馍中之王。阜阳大馍历史悠久，源远流长。相传南宋初年“顺昌之战”（阜阳古 时又称顺昌），正值新麦登场，一来为了坚壁清野，二来为了支持宋军抗 金<BR> <BR> <BR> <STRONG>恋思萝卜</STRONG><BR> 恋思萝卜，又名“鸭蛋酥”。卵园形，外皮翠绿、质脆味甜、食之如梨、无丝无渣、营养丰富，放水中能自动炸皮、落地则可摔成数瓣。恋思萝卜产于阜阳市西湖镇（旧称大田集），位于阜阳西三十华里之处。明末清初，民间也以萝卜为礼品馈赠亲友。恋思萝卜之所以享誉数百年，独 <BR> <BR> <BR> <STRONG> 口孜大蒜<BR></STRONG> 大蒜，是群众大分喜爱的大众化食品，最新科研成果表明，它不仅有营养丰富，味道鲜美，增进食欲，助消化之功能，而且还有杀菌抗癌的特殊效果。口孜大蒜有白皮和紫皮两种。又有无苔蒜和苔蒜之分，不论何种蒜，其蒜均优于其它蒜种，它肉厚皮薄，瓣大整齐，蒜味浓郁<BR> <BR> <BR> <STRONG>颍州樱桃</STRONG><BR> 据《颍州志》记载：樱桃以“沿沙河两岸二里许最佳，往时有桃脯贡，阜阳、太和六年轮贡一次，称上品。”阜阳沙河两岸土地肥沃，气候适宜，盛产樱桃，由此被称为“樱桃 之乡”。封建时期的统治者都视阜阳樱桃为珍品。古人曾有诗曰：“著词但见樱桃破，飞盏遥闻豆蔻香”。 <BR> <BR> <BR> <STRONG>高产优质大豆</STRONG><BR> 大豆是该市主要粮油饲兼用作物，常年播种面积40万亩左右，总产 3万吨以上， 每年可提供优质商品大豆2万多吨。随着农村经济的发展，我市推广了高产优质良种――洪引一号，建立了两万亩良种基地，每年可向外提供一级良种豆150多万公斤。该大豆适应性广，91年在特大洪涝灾 <BR> <BR> <BR> <STRONG>阜阳皮丝<BR></STRONG> 阜阳特产皮丝，系新鲜猪皮经十多道工序加工而成，外观金黄途亮， 薄如蝉翼，食之滑而不腻，味美绝伦。上等的皮丝经高级厨师烹调后， 则成为招待客人的宴宾名菜，一般不可多得。 阜阳皮丝又称春祥皮丝。抗日战争前，阜阳城内鼓楼西面有一个“国 民饭店”<BR> <BR> <BR> <STRONG>店集芹菜<BR></STRONG>
