Dubai-UAE. Please read this Refund Policy (“Agreement”) prior to making any transactions for any of our services available through our website, media form, media channel, mobile website, and related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto on (“Platform”). Please read this Refund Policy (“Agreement”) prior to making any transactions on our platform </p><p>This Agreement is hereby through this reference construed as part of our Terms and Conditions and the references and terms used in this Agreement shall be as defined in the Terms and Conditions and Winner Package Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise specifically mentioned. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>2 REFUND FOR WINNER PACKAGE</strong></p><p><br></p><p>If you are chosen as a winner, you will become entitled to purchase a winner package as per the terms and conditions and winner package terms and conditions, (“Winner Package”) only proceeding which you may disclose your winning to any third party.</p><p>It is agreed and understood by you that any and all payments towards Winner Package are non-refundable. The payments for the Winner Package under any circumstance do not qualify for any partial or full refund. </p><p><br></p><p><strong>3 CANCELLATION OF ORDER</strong></p><p><br></p><p>You may or may not have cancellation rights as per the applicable terms and conditions.</p><p>It is agreed and understood by you that once a payment is made to purchase the Winner Package there shall be no partial or full refund for cancellation of the order to purchase.</p><p>In case, the Organizer cancels or modifies the Winner Package order in full or partial, after the winner has already paid for the Winner Package, the organizer will offer an alternative service or refund for the not fulfilled order. Such refund amount limit is restricted to the maximum of the Winner Package order cost paid by the Winner. </p><p>In case of a full refund and the Winner has received any service and/or products, the Winner must return all such products in their original condition to the organizer to initiate the refund process.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>4 DAMAGE OF PRODUCTS</strong></p><p><br></p><p>If any material or Winner Package item is damaged during the shipping or transportation by the Organizer to the Winner, the Organizer would replace such damaged product free of any charge. </p><p>Notwithstanding anything contained in this clause, the organizer shall charge an amount of GBP 89 towards the shipping and handling fee, in case of the replacement of the damaged
