In addition, ZipBooks is flat-out easy so expect very little learning curve. This makes it all the more convenient for me since I'm juggling a full time job with a business on the side.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> It's obvious: ZipBooks is still new in the market and their UI needs a bit polishing. But I have the confidence they'll push through in enhancing the software. What's more, it does an incredible job managing things for you. It's been great for me overall.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> There's one tiny incident where a client wasn't able to "receive the invoice" due to it having fallen in the Spam folder. I landed on ZipBooks because I tried about 3 other programs and they all had something missing. One was invoicing, but the client couldn't approve or pay digitally. This tool is excellent for bookkeeping, tracking expenses and income, sending invoices and receiving payments. It also includes the excellent feature to track time spent on different projects and different tasks within those projects, which can all be billed at different rates. This is so valuable for anyone charging hourly rates who is looking to consolidate their business tools. On top of all of the features, the user interface is extremely simple for someone without an accounting background to pick up and use right away. The support team also is very responsive! And new features are being rolled out very frequently.</p> <p><strong>CONS:</strong> The only improvement area I can think of is if there were more tutorial videos available.
