h后,合金的DSC曲线上几乎没有第二相的吸热峰,而合金微观组织中θ-Al2Cu相发生了破碎,并几乎完全溶解;经过515 ℃与530 ℃下超过2 h的第二阶段固溶处理后,合金微观组织及其硬度均无明显变化;经过190 ℃保温4 h的人工时效处理后,合金的硬度趋于稳定,并且随着人工时效温度的升高,合金的硬度下降。最终优化后的T6热处理工艺为:第一阶段495 ℃固溶处理6 h;第二阶段515 ℃固溶处理2 height="22">对经过与未经过热等静压处理的ZL205A合金的组织和性能进行了对比研究。结果表明,ZL205A合金力学性能与显微组织之间存在一定关系。经热等静压处理后,合金中Al2Cu强化相在晶界的偏聚量减少,T相在组织中的弥散程度加强,合金显微组织中出现了一次枝晶的熔断与消失,提高了合金的力学性能。其原因一方面是显微孔洞等缺陷在高温蠕变作用下形成闭合,另一方面是在高温、高压作用下,合金组织中的空位扩散与位错扩散作用增强,显微孔洞闭合界面发生熔合,枝晶组织减少,强化相弥散程度增加,从而使合金的力学性能提高,且力学性能值的分散程度降低。</td> mm,熔体紊流倾向增大,熔体充填至近叶冠排气边处的温度由1 533 ℃提高至1 545 ℃。叶片长度方向与水平方向夹角由30°增至60°,熔体紊流倾向减小,熔体充填至近叶冠排气边处的温度由1 543 ℃降低至1 537 ℃。叶片弦宽方向与离心力方向夹角由30°增大至90°,首股熔体由充填叶片排气边转变为充填进气边,由不发生汇流转变为发生汇流,随后完成叶片充型,熔体紊流倾向增大,熔体充填至近叶冠排气边处的温度由1 533 ℃提高至1 542 ℃。采用离心半径为150 colspan="2" height="22">ZL205A泵壳铸件油腔管路多、壁厚截面结构复杂,采用传统铸造工艺生产周期长、批产合格率低。本文结合ProCAST仿真软件与材料组织性能测试设备对其3D打印砂芯和金属型加压凝固铸造工艺进行了分析研究。ZL205A泵壳铸件在传统重力充型条件下,2.5 s内完成了整个充型过程,流动平稳未见明显的卷气、紊流,冒口区域凝固至19.48 s时呈糊状,补缩效果受限,凝固结束时在铸件内部可见明显的缩孔、疏松缺陷。选用3D打印砂芯与金属型浇注模具,模具预热温度与熔体浇注温度分别调整为220~250 ℃和725~730 ℃,充型加载压力和保压时间分别选择为0.4~0.8 MPa和2~3.5 min,明显减少了ZL205A泵壳铸件内部的疏松及缩孔缺陷;经T5热处理后铸件本体剖切试样的平均抗拉强度、屈服强度与伸长率分别达到了480 MPa、419 MPa与8%,主强化相Al2Cu呈圆盘状形貌,平均直径约为120 nm,平均厚度约为20 nm,在初生α-Al基体内部弥散析出,Ag元素添加后在初生α-Al基体内部均匀分布,Zr、Sc元素沿Al2Cu强化相分散分布。</td> </tr> <tr> <td></td> <td></td> <td class="J_VM" valign="center" align="left"
