<p>SARiNA：私はもともとピアノを習っていたんですが、高校時代に軽音楽部に入ったのがきっかけで、歌の活動をしたくて音楽の専門学校に進学したんです。卒業後も就職して仕事をしながら、シンガーを目指して細々とライブをしていたんですけど、たまたまオーディションの告知を見かけて、「別に1人にこだわる必要はないし、グループ活動もおもしろそう」と思って受けてみました。アイドルは人並みに聴いていた程度で、特に推しているグループもなかったんですけど、別にアイドルを遠ざける理由もなかったし、とにかく歌をお仕事にしたい気持ちが強かったですね。</p> RAiSA：私はアイドルが好きで、それこそ松隈（ケンタ）さんが携わられていたBiSHさんもそうですし、AKB48さんや乃木坂46さん、K-POPだとTWICEさんだったり、多ジャンルのアイドルが好きでした。ただ、アイドルは雲の上の存在として推していたオタクだったので（笑）、自分がアイドルになることは考えたことがなくて。でも、今後の進路のことを考えた時に、「人生一度きりだし一回だけ挑戦してみようかな」と思って、ひとつだけオーディションを受けることにしたんです。それでいろいろ調べた中で、松隈さんのサウンドプロデュースでデビューできる、というのが決め手でこのオーディションに挑戦しました。</p> KiLUA：私は小さい頃からダンスを習っていて、K-POPのグループに入ることを目指してスクールに通ったり、それこそオーディションを大量に受けていたんです。でも、なかなかうまくいかなくて「諦めようかな……」と思っていた時に、Instagramのストーリーでこのオーディションのことを見つけて。その頃は日本の曲に興味なかったんですけど、唯一ハマった日本のアイドルが第3期BiSさんやBiSHさんで、松隈さんの作った曲を聴いてストレス発散していたんです。特に第3期BiSさんの楽曲は全体的にピンときて、「STUPiD」を聴いた時に「ええっ！」と思ったし、親にも「日本でデビューするなら松隈さんの楽曲がいい！」って勝手に宣言していたくらいで（笑）。私は歌とダンス以外のことは何もできない人間なので、K-POPを諦めてからは本当に何もしてなくて……遊ぶか家にこもるかくらいだったんですけど、そんな時に松隈さんの名前が載っているオーディションを見かけて、「これは最後のチャンスだ！」と思って受けました。</p> MiYU：私も当時は就職していたんですけど、高校時代は弾き語りの部活に入っていて、ギターを弾きながら歌うことが好きやったんです。阿部真央さん、YUIさん、あいみょんさんとかの曲をカバーしていました。別に何かを目指していたわけではなかったけど、心の片隅にはステージに立ちたい気持ちもあって、たまに想像したりしていたんです。そんな時にショッピングセンターに買い物に行ったら、電光掲示板にこのオーディションのことがバーンと出ていて。私もBiSHさんとか松隈さんの作る曲が好きだったので「一度受けてみようかな？」と思って応募したら、今こんな感じになりました（笑）。オーディションを受けたのは初めてで、配信審査もあったんですけど、私はそれに参加しなかったにもかかわらず、弾き語りの動画だけで残していただきました。</p> ――決勝審査の結果、皆さんの合格が発表されたのが2024年4月21日。ビクターエンタテインメントよりメジャーデビューしたのが10月8日なので、約半年の準備期間があったわけですが、その間のことを含めて大変だったことや印象に残っていることを聞いてみたいです。</p> <p>RAiSA：私はダンスの経験はなかったんですけど、小学4年生の頃から6年間、合唱部に入っていたので、歌には割と自信があったんです。でも、ボイトレやレコーディングをさせていただく中で、合唱とアイドルの楽曲では歌い方が全然違うことに気付いて。今まで通ってきたものが全部通用しなくて、そこから歌い方を180度変えたんですけど、それが一番しんどかったです。それこそ「あくなき鼓動」で初めてレコーディングを経験したんですけど、松隈さんに「歌い方を変えてみよう」と言われた時に「わああ……」ってなってしまって……（涙ぐむ）。</p> <p>MiYU：でも、追い上げがすごいねんな。</p> <p>KiLUA：うん、突然変わったよね。</p> <p>RAiSA：まだ開発途中ではあるんですけど、今は新しい歌い方を身につけられたと思います。</p> <p>SARiNA：ここは「（涙ぐみながら）」って書いてもらっていいですよ（笑）。うちらもRAiSAの泣いている姿はデビュー前から何回も見てきたので。</p> <p>MiYU：1週間に4回くらいは見てた（笑）。</p> <p>SARiNA：私はダンスが苦手なので、ダンスを覚えるのが大変だったことが印象に残っています。振り付けはKiLUAが全曲作っていて、覚えやすいように考えてくれてはいるんですけど、やっぱり人より時間がかかってしまって。ダサい動きになってしまうのを直すのが大変でした。</p> <p>――ちなみにSARiNAさんがリーダーに選ばれた経緯は？</p> <p>SARiNA：多分、オーディションの時から私をリーダーにしようとしていたと思うんですよ。前職ではアパレルショップの店長を2年間やっていたので、オーディションでもそれをアピールしていたら、最終面接の時に「もし受かったらリーダーはどう？」と言われて。なので受かったらリーダーになるんだろうなって思っていました。</p> <p>MiYU：私たちは口数が少ないし、特に私とKiLUAは話をまとめるのが苦手だから言いたいこととは違うことを言ってしまうことが多いんです（笑）。だからさりねえ（SARiNA）にはいつもまとめてもらっています。</p> <p>――なるほど。続いてKiLUAさんの印象に残っていることは？</p> <p>KiLUA：私はやっぱり振り付けのことです。ずっとダンスを習っていたとはいえ自分で振り付けをしたことはなくて、「あくなき鼓動」で初めて振り付けをしたんです。多分、洋楽・K-POP系ならすぐできたと思うんですけど、今まで踊ってきたのとは曲調があまりにも違ったので、最初はめっちゃ苦戦して。でも、曲を重ねるうちに簡単にできるようになってきて、今回のEPに入っている新曲「栄光の足音」の振り付けは4時間くらいで作れました。</p> <p>MiYU：年明けに大阪遠征した時に、みんなの予定のことを考えると今作らないとヤバいっていう話になって。</p> <p>KiLUA：そう、それでスタジオにこもったんだよね。先生にも曲を重ねるごとに褒めてもらっていて、今はそれくらいまでに成長しました。</p> <p>SARiNA：「簡単になった」というか、才能が開花したんだと思います。</p> <p><div <p>KiLUA：元ネタはそうかもしれないけど、特別意識したわけでもなくて。私、男に生まれたかったので、男っぽい名前がいいなあと思っていて。オーディションの時は「AKUMU」という名前で受けていたのでその名前で活動したいとお願いしたら、「メンバーの名前には必ず小文字の〈i〉を入れたい」と言われて。それで提案された新しい名前が全然好きじゃなくて、本当に嫌だったんです。で、メンバーでファミレスに行った時に、ちょうど『HUNTER×HUNTER』を観ていたので、「キルアかっこいいよね」みたいな話をゆちん（MiYU）にしたら、「それを名前にしたらええやん」ってノリで言われたので、（スタッフに）聞いてみたらOKが出ました。</p> <p>MiYU：この話は初出しかも。</p> <p>SARiNA：たまたま会話の流れで出てきただけで、別にキルアがすごく好きというわけではないんです（笑）。</p> <p>KiLUA：あ、でも私は悪役が好きなので、ゾルディック家は殺し屋一家だし、そういうところも含めてキルアは好きです！</p> <p>――MiYUさんはここまでを振り返っていかがですか？</p> <p>MiYU：私はダンスも歌も習ったことはなかったので、ボイトレもダンスレッスンも初めてのことだらけで。苦戦はしましたけど、ずっと楽しい気持ちでやってきてるので、特にこれというのはないかも。でも私、人前で歌う時にえげつない緊張をする人タイプなので、最終オーディションの公開審査の時も「なんで受かったん？」と言われてもおかしくないくらいの出来やったんです（笑）。準備期間も人前に立つことはしていなかったので、（11月3日に開催された）お披露目ライブも案の定、声がずっと震えて、実力の3割くらいしか出せなくて。最近はやっとライブハウスに慣れてきて、人前でもちゃんと歌えるようになってきました。</p> <p>――そのお披露目ライブを皮切りに、今は100本ライブ武者修行ツアー『Journey of Growth』を行っている最中だとか。いきなりこの本数をこなしていくのは大変ではないですか？</p> <p>MiYU：でもこんなに一気にライブをさせてもらえる機会もないので、ありがたい気持ちの方が強いですね。</p>
