The textile industry is an economic branch that is sensitive to crisis disturbances and was particularly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The paper is structured so that it consists of three parts. Međutim, problematika procijene kreditne sposobnsoti preduzeća je i danas aktuelna, naručito u trenutnim uslovima poslovanja, u vremenu pandijemije COVID-19 i geopolitičkih dešavanja na istoku Evrope. U takvom jednom ekstremno dinamičnom okruženju, veoma je bitno da se blagovremeno predvide problemi u vezi sa platežnom sposobnošću, kako bi se spriječile sve negativne društveno-ekonomske posljedice koje sa sobom povlači platežna nesposobnost privrednih subjekata. Uzimajući u obzir navedeno, cilj ovog istraživanja je testiranje primjenjivosti modela za procijenu platežne nesposobnosti preduzeća u trgovačkoj djelatnosi u Republici Srpskoj u kriznim uslovima poslovanja. U tu svrhu korišćene su sljedeći pokazatelji pouzdanosti modela: senzitivnost, specifičnost, greška tipa I, greška tipa II i stopa opšte efikasnsoti svakog analiziranog modela. Istraživanjem je obuhvaćeno 455 preduzeća iz navedene privredne djelatnosti koja su u periodu od 2020-2021. godine predala svoje finansijske izvještaje APIF-u. Uključujući dimenzije prostora i vremena, istraživačima poduzetništva omogućeno je da na specifičan način odgovore na neka temeljna istraživačka pitanja vezano za poduzetnički proces-a to su: tko, zašto, na koji način, gdje, kada i koliko uspješno? Kontekstualizacija poduzetništva omogućuje bolje razumijevanje, ne samo načina na koji kontekst djeluje na poduzetništvo, bilo u smislu ograničenja ili u smislu mogućnosti, već i u smislu povratne sprege-mogućnosti djelovanja poduzetništva na promjene u kontekstu. Korist kontekstualizacije poduzetništva u tom smislu može biti dvojna-donosi korist ne samo istraživačima poduzetništva kao sredstvo unapređenja njihovih budućih istraživanja o prirodi i doprinosu poduzetničkih aktivnosti na jedan sveobuhvatniji način, već i praktičarima koji su do sada iskazivali slab interes za naučne radove iz poduzetništva u odnosu na druga područja istraživanja-kontekstualizacijom poduzetnička istraživanja za njih nisu više uopćena. Naprotiv, ugrožavanjem prirodne sredine (po Kotleru fi zičke okoline) dolazi do približavanja marketinga i ekologije. Po tom osnovu dobiva pravo građanstva tzv. ekološki marketing, ekotrgovina i sl. Ekolozi nisu protiv marketinga i trgovine. Oni traže da se više uvažavaju ekološki principi. Smatraju da bi se zadatak marketinga i trgovine trebao sastojati u maksimiziranju profi ta, ali uz očuvanje prirode i životne sredine. Kotler skreće pažnju menadžerima marketinga na ekološke zahtjeve potrošača. Kupčeva ocjena »paketa« ponude trgovinskog poduzeća proširuje se na ekokvalitetu. Da bi donio konačnu ocjenu o ekokvaliteti pomažu mu ekostandardi ISO 14000. U tom smislu, motiviše sve članove organizacije da se aktivno uključe u procese odlučivanja i operativnog delovanja, snoseći odgovornost za ostvarene rezultate, doprinoseći sinergetskim efektima u okviru poslovnog sistema, kojem pripadaju. Pored strategijskih ciljeva firme postoje i personalni ciljevi koji su proizvod težnje samih zaposlenih. Zaposleni će svoje ciljeve jednostavnije ostvariti ukoliko pripadaju kolektivu. To dalje implicira da suština upravljanja radnom efektivnošću predstavlja zamisao da napori zaposlenog treba da budu usmereni ka ostvarivanju ciljeva. S jedne strane, menadžer treba da proceni zaposlenog na osnovu toga kakvi su njegovi rezultati, ako se uzmu u obzir konkretni standardi koji su mu postavljeni. S druge strane, menadžer treba da se uveri da su ciljevi i standardi koji su mu određeni u skladu sa širim korporativnim ciljevima (Dessler, 2007). Upravo ta konekcija između ciljeva i rezultata profiliše smisao, suštinu korporativne pripadnosti. Možda se mogu pronaći pandani za korporativnu pripadnost u sintagmama kao što je kolektivna pripadnost ili pripadanje kolektivu. Još jedna od mogućnosti sa donekle bliskim značenjem je organizacioni identitet, koji ipak predstavlja uži pojam poistovećivanja sa organizacijom, odnosno kolektivom. Osim novčanog toka, kao dodatna eksplanatorna varijabla u modelu koristila se i veličina poduzeća. Budući da u relevantnoj literaturi postoje mnoga istraživanja o povezanosti dobiti i zaduženosti, u ovom se radu koristio novčani tok umjesto profita pa je to ujedno i doprinos rada postojećoj literaturi. Rezultati regresijske analize ukazuju na negativan utjecaj novčanog toka na zaduženost, što potvrđuje teoriju redoslijeda pakiranja. Također, rezultati pokazuju pozitivan (iako slabiji) utjecaj veličine poduzeća na zaduženost. Dinamično okruženje i stalne promjene zahtijevaju od poduzeća razvoj i unapređivanje proizvoda i usluga. Iz tog razloga javljaju se ulaganja koja je potrebno financirati.
