Ltd. 提供。促銷餘額如未使用，將於促銷餘額優惠中指定的到期日或依本條款展延的到期日失效。Google 不會因您使用或保留促銷餘額收取任何額外費用。 </p> <p> 2. 促銷餘額是交易折扣優惠，沒有貨幣價值，只能依優惠條款規定折抵金額，且僅限用於適用的 Google Play 購買交易。不可使用促銷餘額購某些訂閱商品 (詳情請參閱<a href="https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/6080850?hl=zh-TW&rd=1" rel="noopener" target="_blank">說明中心</a>) 以及 Google 商店上架的商品不可使用促銷餘額購買。促銷餘額不得在其他 Google 服務或第三方網站中使用。Google Play 促銷餘額是獨立的餘額，不同於現在或日後與您 Google Payments 帳戶相關聯的任何預付餘額。Google Play 促銷餘額無法與 Google Payments 帳戶中的任何預付餘額合併使用、無法轉移給其他使用者或以現金形式提領、不可重複儲值，亦不可兌現。在您的 Google Payments 帳戶中，系統可能會將您的 Google Play 促銷餘額與其他 Google Play 預付餘額合併顯示，這是為了方便您掌握可用於購物的總額，僅供參考。 </p> <p> 3. 使用 Google Play 帳戶兌換多筆促銷優惠餘額時，每筆餘額的處理方式和到期時間皆各自獨立，應以個別的發放條款及細則為準。您可以在單一交易中套用多筆促銷優惠餘額，系統會按到期時間先後順序套用餘額。 </p> <p> 4. 只有在您的 Play 餘額大於或等於您想在 Google Play 上選購商品的價格時，您才能使用促銷餘額支付單一商品的價格。 </p> <p> 5. 當您在 Google Play 購物時，系統會將未使用的促銷餘額用於支付您在 Google Play 選購的商品 (促銷餘額用畢後才會使用任何可用的 Google Play 預付餘額)。根據本條款，您可以繼續使用促銷餘額在 Google Play 購物，直到餘額使用完畢或剩餘的促銷餘額到期。 </p> <p> 6. 如果您在使用促銷餘額購物後收到退款，所有退款金額都會重新存入您的促銷餘額，您日後可根據相同條款使用這筆促銷餘額。如果退款的促銷餘額已經到期，Google 可在不違反法律規定的情況下延長餘額的使用期限。 </p> <p> 7. 如果您關閉自己的 Google Payments 帳戶，或是 Google 決定停止 Google Payments 或 Google Play 服務，與您 Google Payments 帳戶相關聯的任何剩餘 Google Play 促銷餘額都將全數失效。 </p> <p> 8. 您必須證實自己是年滿 18 歲的台灣居民才能兌換促銷代碼。視特定優惠的條款或您所在地的適用法律而定，您可能必須遵守其他規範，包括但不限於取得家長同意聲明。 </p> <p> 9. 在法律允許範圍內，Google 保留隨時酌情修改本服務條款的權利。 </p> </main> <footer
