hidup dan mati dalam berbagai perspektif tafsir ulama, serta memberi wejangan kepada para pembaca agar tahu arah, tujuan dan motivasi dari kehidupan dan kematian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan yang mengambil dari berbagai sumber, baik sumber primer maupun sekunder disertai perbandingan antar tafsir ulama. Dalam sumber tafsir yang diambil oleh penulis antara lain; tafsir karya ulama kontemporer terkenal Quraisy Shihab yaitu tafsir Al-Misbah, tafsir karya imam Al-Qurthubi yakni tafsi Al-Qurthubi, tafsir karya Wahbah Az-Zuhaili yakni tafsir Al-Munir serta buku-buku lainnya yang turut disertakan sebagai sumber sekunder dalam jurnal ini. Hasil dari jurnal ini menunjukkan bahwa hakikat hidup dan mati sangat penting untuk diketahui manusia. Mengingat hal tersebut bahwa sebenarnya masih banyak manusia yang belum mengetahui hal tersebut. Hal itu menjadi motivasi ekstra bagi penulis untuk lebih giat dalam menyelesaikan jurnal ini. The population in this study is middle and bottom managers at SKPD Riau Province. The selection of sample used purposive sampling method. Data that is used in this research is primary data, that was collected by survey techniques by distributing questionnaires to each middle and bottom managers at SKPD Riau Province. Moderated regression analysis was used as the method of analysis. The results of this research showed all variables are valid, reliable and fullfil clasic asumption. The result of hypotheses analysis show that budgetary participation have positive and significance effect on budgetary slack.
