When you cancel your subscription in <a href="https://app.bugsnag.com/settings/">settings</a>, your account is downgraded to a free plan, but you will still have access to your dashboard. You can upgrade your account to a paid plan at any time.</p> <h3 id="how-do-i-remove-all-my-user-account-information-from-bugsnag">How do I remove all my user account information from BugSnag?</h3> <p>Go to <a href="https://app.bugsnag.com/settings/">Settings</a> > My account > Delete my user account. </p> <p>You’ll be asked to confirm that you want to be removed from any organizations of which you are a member. Your user account, including your email address, will then be removed from BugSnag completely.</p> <h3 id="how-do-i-remove-my-organization-and-all-its-data-from-bugsnag">How do I remove my organization and all its data from BugSnag?</h3> <p>Go to <a href="https://app.bugsnag.com/settings/">Settings</a> > Organization > Delete organization. </p> <p>You’ll be asked to confirm that you want to permanently delete your projects and error data. You and any collaborators in your organization will be unable to access your organization’s dashboard, but user accounts will remain accessible in BugSnag.</p> <h3 id="how-do-i-add-collaborators-to-my-account">How do I add collaborators to my account?</h3> <p>Go to <a href="https://app.bugsnag.com/settings/">Settings</a> > Collaborators > Add collaborator.</p> <p>Enter your new collaborator’s email address in the modal. You’ll also have the option of giving them administrator access which allows them to add and remove collaborators, grant and revoke administrator access, manage projects and their permissions, manage billing, and change or delete your organization.</p> <p><a href="/product/roles-and-permissions/">Learn more about roles and permissions</a></p> <h3 id="how-do-i-create-multiple-bugsnag-organizations">How do I create multiple BugSnag organizations?</h3> <p>Go to <a href="https://app.bugsnag.com/settings/">Settings</a> > My account > Create new organization.</p> <p>You’ll be asked for the name of the new organization you wish to create. After you click create, a new organization will be created and you can begin to add projects to it. You can switch between organizations by clicking on the user icon at the top right of the dashboard.</p> <h3 id="can-i-view-audit-logs">Can I view audit logs?</h3> <p>Admin users can go to <a href="https://app.bugsnag.com/settings/">Settings</a> > Organization > Audit logs to track the following activity in your account:</p> <ul> <li>Creation or deletion of organizations, projects</li> <li>Organization and project settings changes</li> <li>Collaborator creation, access, and authentication settings changes</li> <li>Integration changes</li> </ul> <p>Audit logs are available for Enterprise plans. <a href="mailto:enterprise@bugsnag.com">Contact us</a> to learn more or add this feature to your BugSnag account.</p> <h2 id="security">Security</h2> <h3 id="how-do-i-enable-two-factor-authentication-on-my-account">How do I enable two-factor authentication on my account?</h3> <p>Go to <a href="https://app.bugsnag.com/settings/">Settings</a> > My account > Two-factor authentication. </p> <p>From there, follow the instructions in the modal to enable this security feature on your account. BugSnag’s two-factor authentication supports authentication apps like <a href="https://www.authy.com/">Authy</a> and <a href="https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/1066447?hl=en">Google Authenticator</a> which you can download to your mobile device.</p> <h3 id="what-if-ive-lost-my-two-factor-authentication-device">What if I’ve lost my two-factor authentication device?</h3> <p>You can use recovery codes to recover your account if you lose access to your 2FA device. To download recovery codes, go to <a href="https://app.bugsnag.com/settings/">Settings</a> > Recovery codes.</p> <p><img alt="Recovery codes" src="/assets/images/product/recovery-codes.png" width="500px"></p> <p>Enter your password to generate new codes. You’ll have the option to download them once they’ve been generated.</p> <h3 id="what-kind-of-security-protects-my-bugsnag-account">What kind of security protects my BugSnag account?</h3> <p>BugSnag uses 256-bit SSL, the same encryption as the world鈥檚 leading banks. We also recommend turning on two-factor authentication for your account.</p> <h3 id="my-organization-has-data-security-concerns-can-i-run-bugsnag-myself">My organization has data security concerns. Can I run BugSnag myself?</h3> <p>Of course! You can host <a href="/on-premise/">BugSnag On-premise</a> on your own servers and have access to all the same great features as BugSnag.com.</p> <h2 id="passwords">Passwords</h2> <h3 id="how-do-i-change-my-password">How do I change my password?</h3> <p>Go to <a href="https://app.bugsnag.com/settings/">Settings</a> > My account > Set new password.</p> <p>You’ll be prompted to fill in your current password, and then your new password. We recommend not reusing passwords from other accounts and phrases and words that are too obvious.</p> <h3 id="what-do-i-do-if-i-forget-my-password">What do I do if I forget my password?</h3> <p>If you forget your BugSnag password, you can reset it through the <a href="https://app.bugsnag.com/user/sign_in/">login page</a>. Navigate to <em>Forgot password</em> and enter your email address. We’ll send you an email with a link to a password reset page where you can choose a new password.
