<p> CRC的故事始于1958年春季。查理斯·J·韦伯二世，一位成功的羊毛产业企业家，意图扩展他的业务范围。他得知了西海岸的火箭化学公司销售了一种新的化学防腐蚀剂，被它的销售潜力所吸引。他来到加利福利亚州并订立口头协议：承诺在密西西比东部以及欧洲分销该产品，以此换来该公司的股权。他签了一张价值54,000美元的支票，一火车防腐蚀剂便沿着铁轨被运到了费城。</p> <p><br></p> <p>后来，火箭化学公司想要解除协议。而他们的总裁，也是该防腐蚀剂的发明人，诺曼·拉尔森，为此纷争离开了公司。韦伯便向拉尔森提供了改良该产品的机会，一旦改良成功，将与他携手创立一家新的公司。</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>公司成立</strong></p> <p>拉尔森完成了产品改良，减轻了它的易燃程度并使它更抗腐。于是在1958年10月6日，一家新的公司在宾夕法尼亚正式成立，起名为腐蚀反应顾问公司（Corrosion Reaction Consultants）。CRC诞生了！起初几年公司只销售一样产品——CRC缓蚀剂。顾名思义，该产品用于抑制机械和电器设备的腐蚀。它也就是CRC公司的第一个产品——5-56多用途防锈润滑剂！</p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>完整产品线的开发</strong></p> <p>1963年，为了发展，CRC公司搬迁到宾夕法尼亚州德雷歇市一栋租赁的大楼里。</p> <p>不久，CRC决定专门针对特殊市场开发产品。原始产品5-56重新调配了配方，并且开发了满足汽车、工业、电子和航空航海市场需求的新产品。</p> <p><br></p> <p>到了1974年4月，CRC购买了一栋更大的位于宾夕法尼亚州沃敏斯特市的楼房，并迁移至此。这最终成为公司的总部，也是公司最大的生产工厂。</p> <p><br></p> <p>多年以后，更多的产品被开发出来。CRC现在提供全系列的清洁剂、润滑剂、阻蚀剂、保护涂料、脱脂剂、润滑脂、添加剂以及专为有特定维护与维修需求的客户所设计的特殊产品。</p></div></div></div><div <p><br></p> <p>首家CRC办事处于<strong>1968</strong>年初在布鲁塞尔建立，这实际上是在居民区租来的一个房子。该房子用作办公室，而仓库则位于车库内。</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>1975</strong>年，公司在比利时泽莱建立了一家制造工厂。该工厂能够生产和美国几乎完全一样的产品，其产品更是按照当地客户的要求而生产。</p> <p><br></p> <p><strong>1980</strong>年，一家更大型的工厂在澳大利亚城堡山创立。今天，CRC主打系列产品都可以在澳大利亚的工厂生产与包装。</p> <p><br></p> <p>至<strong>90</strong>年代，CRC已在全球<strong>120</strong>多家分支机构中开展销售业务。从<strong>1994</strong>年起，CRC拓展国际视野在亚太地区建立运营机构，包括开始在中国上海设立代表处。 </p> <p><br></p>
