与以往几届欧洲杯不同，今年欧洲杯是一届面貌一新的赛事，改革是它的主题词。参赛球队从16支扩军到了24支，第一次在大赛中引进了门线技术，<a class="show_tip" dataname="国际足联" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20170726232237/http://sports.people.com.cn/GB/22141/25864/index.html">国际足联</a>新鲜出炉的规则第一时间予以采用，电视转播与现场DJ等软硬件的升级，这一系列革新措施都让这届赛事显得那么与众不同。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 无法避免的是，改革总是伴随着争议，欧洲杯亦不例外。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 以扩军为例，决赛圈阶段多出了8支参赛队，小组出线的球队也由8支变成了16支。如此一来，6个小组当中4个成绩最好的小组第三也可以晋级淘汰赛阶段。按照旧有的思维模式，多出来的参赛队往往实力较弱，再加上小组出线又变得容易了，两种因素一叠加自然而然就会导致功利<a class="show_tip" dataname="足球" href="https://web.archive.org/web/20170726232237/http://sports.people.com.cn/london2012/GB/244629/244698/index.html">足球</a>的盛行，比赛变得难看在所难免。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 小组赛局势的确如此，场均进球数创历史新低，批评声不绝于耳，而首当其冲被吐槽的就是扩军。和历史上所有改革一样，欧洲杯的变革也是在质疑声中起步，稍有挫折便是迎面而来的嘲笑，当批评的情绪累积到一定程度的时候，甚至还会演变成激烈的反对。所幸几支新军表现足够给力，用自己的实际行动让那些冷言冷语者啪啪打脸。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 此刻不妨问自己一个问题，未来回想起2016年的法兰西之夏，在记忆中最深刻的会是什么呢？对于患有选择恐惧症的我而言，回答这道题目一点儿都不困难，我会毫不犹豫地高举双手，一边击掌，一边气沉丹田发出“HU”的吼声。没错儿，这就是冰岛人震撼了整个世界的庆祝方式。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 很难说是欧洲杯成就了冰岛足球，还是冰岛足球成就了欧洲杯，其实这是一次双赢。试想一下，如果不是因为扩军，冰岛足球能够在欧洲杯的赛场上让我们大开眼界么？从今天开始我们知道，原来这个国家不只有火山，不只有温泉，还有关于足球的梦想，和为了实现梦想脚踏实地的付出，以及一个国家认真的态度。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 其实欧洲杯扩军的进程从未停止。1960年第一届欧洲杯只有4支球队参赛，1980年增加到8支队伍，1996年再度扩军到16支，参赛队伍扩军的背后是欧足联成员协会数量的增加和欧洲足球整体水平的提升。目前为止欧足联一共有55个成员协会，都说欧洲无弱旅，只有24支队伍能够参加四年一度的欧洲杯，这个比例并不算过分。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 当然，改革并不等于一味地追求数量，而是在增减进退之间寻求一个合适的限度。如果改革进程中发现问题需要纠正，那就暂停一下脚步，重新审视再做计划，切忌一意孤行，亦忌优柔寡断，谨防不进则退。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em;"> 此时此刻，不知一心推动本届欧洲杯各项改革，却因“禁足”不得不远离这一切的普拉蒂尼会作何感想。也许这个曾经被讥讽为“空想社会主义者”的<a
