Between [[Olympic Boulevard (Los Angeles)|Olympic Boulevard]] and 3rd Street in downtown Los Angeles, Figueroa Street forms a [[one-way pair]] with Flower Street, with northbound traffic staying on Figueroa and southbound traffic diverting to Flower.
