/> </div><div>　　最近几天，Paques公司与荷兰ESKA公司签署了一份谅解备忘录，在荷兰Hoogezand的造纸厂内建设一个工业规模的工厂，该工厂将从造纸工艺用水开始合成PHA，这是十年前开始的研究成果。<br /> </div><div>　　一旦进行了第一次验证，投资决定可能会在明年年中做出。然后将成立一家合资企业，完成可行性研究并申请必要的许可证。<br /> </div><div>　　据称，这是全球首创，也是最佳的循环方法，既保持纸厂工艺水清洁，又产生PHA。两个合作伙伴正在研究的工厂将通过再利用获得的有机废物来生产PHA，从而净化造纸工业的工艺用水。PHA是一种生物基和可生物降解的聚合物，可由ESKA作为粘合剂或用于其纸张和纸板包装的阻隔涂层。<br /> </div><div>　　具体而言，工艺用水将在一系列生物反应器中发酵和充气，获得干燥并转化为粉末的生物质，Paques每年将从中获得约2000吨PHA。处理后的水将返回造纸厂，生物过程产生的热量将在该过程中重新使用，多余的能量将用于生产工厂。<br
