Our neurointensivists, neurosurgeons, nurses, and therapists work together in one of the two dedicated neuroscience intensive care units in Connecticut. Our team consists of international leaders in clinical care, research, and education. </p> <p>Additionally, Yale is proud to be the recipient of one of three American Heart Association awards to fund the <a href="https://newsroom.heart.org/news/11-12m-gift-supporting-hemorrhagic-stroke-treatment-launches-innovative-research-network">Bugher Network of Centers of Excellence in Hemorrhagic Stroke Research</a>. </p> <p>The award recognizes and launches a hemorrhagic stroke research program into a nationally recognized network.
