center;">华为常务董事、ICT基础设施业务管理委员会主任汪涛发表主题演讲</p><p>数字技术与实体经济深度融合带来社会生产力的进步,我们称之为数字生产力,它正在逐渐成为数字经济发展的核心引擎。云、大数据、<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/AI_1.html" target="_blank" class="keylink">AI</a>、5G、超宽带网络等数字技术不断升级,以数字服务的形式,促进了智慧企业的数字化转型,增强了智慧家庭的娱乐、生活、工作体验,持续提升了数字生产力。</p><p>汪涛表示:“UBB网络发展,过去经历了‘以联接为中心’到‘以体验为中心’的升级。为了让任何人、在任何地方都可以方便、高效地使用数字服务,进一步跃升数字生产力,UBB将在5.5G时代开启‘以生产力为中心’的网络演进新阶段,为数字服务的普及提供泛在万兆接入、弹性超宽传送、超融合数据中心算力供给,打造新一代数字基础设施,加速数字经济发展。华为将与客户、产业伙伴一起,促进F5.5G和Net5.5G代际演进,推动超宽带产业的发展,跃升数字生产力。”</p><p>跃升数字生产力的要求,对UBB网络提出了三大关键挑战:面向数字服务的生产,需要支持数字服务的超大规模算力供给;面向数字服务的传送,需要提供高性能的运力,支持海量用户高并发使用;面向数字服务的接入,需要保障数字服务的泛在极速接入、高品质体验。</p><p>展望未来,“以生产力为中心”的UBB目标网络升级,主要包括以下几个方面:</p><p>构建无处不在的“四万兆”超宽带接入:加速移动宽带、家庭网络、企业网络和企业专线向万兆超宽带接入升级,支持无所不在的万兆移动宽带,打造全屋无缝覆盖的万兆家庭网络,提升企业园区网络的万兆联接体验,提供弹性高吞吐的万兆算力专线服务,为全社会提供高品质万兆联接,加速数字服务的普及。</p><p>融合承载网,向高品质、高弹性网络升级:泛在“四万兆”驱动融合承载网升级,IP和光城域网全面部署400G,并向800G演进,骨干网进入 400G时代,提升网络运力;引入端到端的OXC(全光交叉),打造接入1ms,城域5ms,国家20ms的体验时延圈,保障时延敏感类业务的体验。</p><p>超融合数据中心100%释放<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/AI_1.html" target="_blank" class="keylink">AI</a>算力:数据中心网络走向先进的超融合架构,满足通用计算、存储、HPC和<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/AI_1.html" target="_blank" class="keylink">AI</a>算力的需求,采用800GE高速互联,大幅提升投资效率。引入拥塞通知算法实现网络0丢包,提升IOPS性能85%。同时,采用网络级负载均衡算法打造AI集群网络,提升训练效率20%。</p><p>打造通信领域大模型,实现网络自治自优:驱动网络自治能力从自动化、数字化走向智能化。通信大模型的应用,实现人机交互、意图驱动和自治自优,加速ADN(<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/%E8%87%AA%E5%8A%A8%E9%A9%BE%E9%A9%B6_1.html" target="_blank"
