Easy to use, so our whole staff uses Xero. It's all online, so when we send invoices or quotes to our clients, they are able to approve and pay online without a problem. Often, our clients ask us about Xero, find it easy to use, and very intuitive, and we gladly recommend it to them. What I like best is the unlimited user capability for no extra charge. It is also convenient to have multiple people logged in at the same time. This allows people to use it in the field as well as the bookkeeper in the office. Xero is different. It has only the tools you need and will actually use, in an interface that allows you to get around quickly. the Xero dashboard presents us with a clear and concise overview of our financial situation. Its unique ability to integrate with a bank is something special, which leaves us more time to concentrate on important things. The well-designed UI and its features for HR & Payroll, inventory management, multi-currency maintenance, and taxation are superb. It is very easy to use for online bookkeeping. The ability to amend new taxation like GST is another excellent implementation.
