class="keylink">AI</a>行业的最新洞察并阐释华为公司All Intelligence战略，提出了超宽带（UBB）和<a href="https://www.fromgeek.com/AI_1.html" target="_blank" class="keylink">AI</a>协同发展的产业方向，通过技术创新和商业孵化加速迈向智能世界。<br/></p><p>以AI技术为主要驱动力的第四次工业革命已经到来，AI正在成为全球经济的重要推动力并加速进入商用普及阶段。无论个人、家庭和企业都将因为AI而发生深刻的变化，而通信网络的容量、联接时延和网络架构也都将因为AI而全面升级。</p><p style="text-align: 12px;">华为常务董事、ICT基础设施业务管理委员会主任汪涛发表主题演讲</span></p><p>汪涛表示：“面向智能时代，华为UBB5.5G创新聚焦在‘UBB for AI’和‘AI for UBB’两大方向。一方面将在超大带宽、确定性低时延和网络架构上进行创新，通过网络能力提升支持AI业务高质量发展，帮助运营商实现商业新增长；另一方面将AI引入网络，提升网络用户体验，业务提供速度和网络运维效率，帮助运营商网络走向高阶自治。”</p><p>华为在2023年提出了全面智能化（All Intelligence）战略，加速千行万业的智能化转型，让所有对象可联接，让所有应用可模型，让所有决策可计算。面向各行业提供领先的算力+存力+运力数智基础设施，基于盘古大模型为客户打造领先的行业模型，同时支持百模千态，赋能千行万业，助力客户实现智能化转型。</p><p>在电信领域，华为为客户提供领先的 AI 解决方案，UBB超宽带网络是运力的重要组成部分，是数智基础设施使能行业数智化转型的基础，UBB网络需要向“UBB for AI”和“AI for UBB”加速演进：</p><p><strong>UBB for AI，支撑AI高质量发展</strong></p><p>UBB5.5G通过创新，在各层网络上匹配AI需求。在数据中心网络（Data Center Networks），华为通过星织架构和DC-OXC提升组网能力，支撑超万卡级别的大规模算力中心建设；在数据中心互联 (Data Center Interconnect)网络，华为创新的800G IP+光组网、灵活IP流调度和无损传输，实现数据中心间算力高效协同；在数据中心接入（Data Center Access）网络，华为OXC全光交换Mesh组网可以极大降低网络时延，Wi-Fi7和50GPON能够提供泛在万兆接入能力，通过极致用户体验加速AI应用的普及；在端到端网络中，华为星河安全网关和Hybrid ASON则为AI业务提供更强的韧性。同时，在家庭场景，通过FTTR网关承载家庭大模型，让AI应用走进亿万家庭。</p><p>这些创新构筑的带宽、时延、可靠性、大规模组网能力将成为运营商在智能时代构筑差异化竞争力的基础。</p><p><strong>AI for UBB，打造高阶自治网络</strong></p><p>随着UBB网络规模越来越大、场景也越来越复杂，运营商需要将AI技术引入UBB网络，提升运营运维效率，使能网络走向高阶自治。</p><p>华为UBB网络AI运维运营架构在数字孪生底座上，引入通信大模型，协同打造面向用户角色的Copilot和面向场景的Agent，支撑网络现场作业自助化、远程维优自闭环，加速迈向ADN L4高阶自治。</p><p>华为已经联合全球多个领先运营商开始商用实践，从具体的实践结果来看，网络运营与维护效率显著提升。例如，对于家宽业务，体验保障至关重要，ADN实现用户体验驱动的网络自优化，离网率降低57%；对于传送业务，网络规划和业务部署效率是关键瓶颈，ADN实现从人工规划到SLA驱动的业务自规划和部署，TTM从1个月降低到1天；对于IP网络维护，故障定位一直是难题，ADN实现从专家人工排障，到数字员工支撑排障，网络故障处理时长降低50%。</p><p>最后，汪涛表示，UBB产业需要主动拥抱智能时代，通过UBB5.5G创新夯实网络长期竞争力。同时，产业还需要积极孵化智能业务，与网络能力相结合，面向AI应用场景拓展新商业机会，并逐渐引入AI生态伙伴，通过向AI全业务服务转型实现商业新增长。</p><p></p>
