UFV Giving Days are April 4-6, 2022</h1> <div class="content-single__item-subhead"> </div> </header> <div class="content-single__item-body wysiwyg"> <p>On April 4, 1974, UFV opened its doors and welcomed our first students as Fraser Valley College, thanks to the drive, passion and commitment of our community.</p> <p>Forty-eight years later we are a fully accredited, teaching university enrolling some <strong>16,000 students</strong> annually, with campuses in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission and Hope, and a partnership with Fraser Valley India. Last year nearly 3,000 students graduated from UFV with credentials spanning more than 100 programs.
