text-indent: 2em">数据来源：Mysteel  单位：元/FE%</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em">上图中我们采用了河北唐山地区的球团价格与铁精粉价格折算到吨度价后的趋势变化，可以看到球团与铁精粉的溢价范围在0.5-1.9之间。而从今年9月份起，球团对于铁精粉的溢价也上升到1.5以上。一般来说竖炉球团的制造成本在60元/吨，回转窑球团的制造成本在80元/吨，摊上企业利润后，合理的溢价应在1左右。我们就近期球团矿价格强于铁精粉价格询问了唐山地区大型球团厂，他们反应球团订单销售良好，供不应求，但另一方面他们也担心铁精粉成本的上涨，由于这些企业在采购方面都挂靠大型矿山，相比市场上的中小球团厂有不少优势。</p> <p style="text-align: center; text-indent: 2em">数据来源：Mysteel  单位：元/FE%</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em">我们采用港口乌克兰/俄罗斯球团现货价格与PB块现货价格折算到吨度价与PB粉吨度价进行比较，我们发现自从今年8月份起，球团溢价上升明显，块矿溢价在10月份也开始上升。球团的溢价相对于块矿来说波动更显著。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em"><strong>二、溢价升高的原因</strong></p> <p style="text-indent: 2em"><strong>①进口供应减少</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center; text-indent: 2em">数据来源：海关总署  单位：万吨</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em">我们从上面两幅图中发现，今年的这些国家1-9月份的进口矿进口量累计总量为7388.04万吨，较2012年同比减少48.9万吨。尤其是乌克兰与俄罗斯，1-9月份累计进口量为2067万吨，较2012年同比减少108万吨。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em"><strong>②国内供应减少，钢厂采购趋向进口</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center; text-indent: 2em">数据来源：Mysteel  单位：元/FE%</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em">从图5中我们可以看到今年大多数情况下国内精分的吨度价优势明显。而图6中，球团矿的优势也从今年8月份开始展现。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em">国内精粉今年的供应情况也有所改变，根据河北省矿山管理办公室9月份公布的数据表明，今年来唐山地区铁精粉产量同比出减少20%，这造成了当地铁精粉资源紧张的局面，虽然从到厂吨度价上面来说，国产矿仍然具有优势，但是受制于供应有限，钢厂适当控制了国内精粉的采购量，部分钢厂转而采购进口造球精粉、进口矿团、块矿来替代国内精分。这也造成了进口矿的溢价上升。</p> <p style="text-indent: 2em"><strong>③钢厂结构配比变化，块矿提升明显</strong></p> <p style="text-align: center;
