2em; text-align: justify;" align="">具有行业领先地位的超高层建筑技术，是上海建工的核心竞争力之一，得益于数十年的持续积淀。1955年，由上海建工前身上海市建工局主持建设的中苏友好大厦（今上海展览中心），是当时上海最高的建筑。工程施工采取较先进的高层成套移动<a align="">这一“极限操作”由旗下装饰集团完成，总工程师连珍表示，会场室内精装修工程是数智建造的全面展现，突破由基层到面层的深度集成化和全面工业化应用，使得世界顶尖科学家论坛会议中心完成毫米级精度精益建造。其中，研发的超大墙顶一体化涡轮扭曲<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-967-----0202-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铝</a>板造型单元体系已经申请集团自有知识产权；会见厅墙面石材安装使用了研发的超大型墙面板块高精度智能遥控安装机器人与智能化机械手臂，减轻工人劳动强度。原本需要3人搬运的作业现在仅需要1人完成移动和安装，提升超大板块石材墙面安装效率超2倍。</p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; align="">一批地标建筑通过城市更新焕发生命力。北外滩世界会客厅外立面清水砖风貌复原工程，是上海建工利用城市更新建造技术开拓新兴业务的典范。自主研发的拆除机器人，在锦沧文华大酒店改扩建工程中得到应用，单构件最大载重量达5吨，提高了施工工效。在上海展览中心近20年来首次大规模更新改造中，上海建工运用全过程数字化精确勘测技术，逐一拆卸复原2024块紫<a href='https://m.mysteel.com/market/p-967-----0201-0--------1.html' target='_blank' style='color:#3861ab'>铜</a>板，以精准还原钢塔效果，总修缮面积近7万平方米。老旧里弄春阳里，基于数字技术开展里弄建筑结构整体置换下的更新改造、风貌特征部位修复传承、内部空间功能升级完善，既保留了石库门的味道，又改善了市民的居住条件。</p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;" align="">“每年城市更新业务增量约500亿元，现在集团持有合同达到1500亿元左右，整个业务的增量非常明显。”陈晓明表示，近年来，上海建工革新城市更新理念，“不停航、不停业、不拆迁、不封路”，完成了近百个历保文保建筑、工业遗存、商业设施、桥梁隧道、老旧小区等更新改造工程。</p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;" align="">关于科技创新对业务拓展的影响，上海建工环境科技有限公司总裁王磊感受颇深：“我们的核心竞争力体现在三个方面，一是土壤污染的修复，把污染的土壤修复成标准的土壤；二是无废城市的标准化推广，即将废弃物资源化之后进行循环利用；三是土壤改良，把标准的土壤升级成更优质的土壤。”</p> <p align="">如，桃浦603地块作为上海地区污染体量最大、治理难度最高的土壤及地下水修复项目，成功修复21万立方米污染土及约13万立方米污染地下水，通过土壤修复成套技术的应用，节省造价5000万元及两年工期。由上海建工环境科技公司打造的南大土壤修复工厂，主要服务于南大地区各类规划地块污染土壤的治理与修复，目前年处理能力已达15万到20万立方米，入选2022上海标准化试点项目，打造长三角乃至全国样板。</p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;" align="">如今，集团已经基于50多项修复工程实践，形成包括多相抽提、原位（异位）热脱附、原位化学氧化（还原）、异位化学氧化、异位化学淋洗等成套修改技术，走出了一条从土壤修复到土壤改良的新路。</p> <p align="">正在加紧扩建的上海首座“全地下式”污水处理厂——泰和污水处理厂入地后，不仅本身实现了“节地瘦身”，腾出的地上空间将建成一座开放式绿地，还通过提高污泥浓度，使污水处理厂的吨水用地面积减少40%左右，部分污泥实现再循环利用，臭气浓度和厂界噪声均达到最优排放标准，极大改善了周边环境。</p> <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; align="">如，世界第二高塔、中国第一高塔的广州塔，是世界首座超过600米的高塔建筑，主体结构具有超高、细柔、透空、错面、曲面、扭转、偏心、收腰等八大特点；一大批环境友好型水厂和污水处理厂工程在全国陆续落地，包括西南地区首个大型市政超滤膜水厂——重庆永川第四水厂及配套管网工程设计，全球最大规模的市政饮用水纳滤工程——嘉兴市区分质供水工程等。陈晓明表示，目前上海建工70%到80%的专项技术主要用于赋能传统业务板块。</p>
