forbear, that we also may speak.<p> <A name="4"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/job/18-3.htm"><b>3</b></a></span>For wherefore have we been silent before thee like brutes?<p> <A name="5"></a><span class="reftext"><a href="/job/18-4.htm"><b>4</b></a></span>Anger has possessed thee: for what if thou shouldest die; would <i>the earth</i> under heaven be desolate?
