محافظة صلاح الدين، الأربعاء، بأن حصيلة تفجير السيارة المفخخة شرق تكريت انتهت عند ستة قتلى وجرحى من الشرطة والجيش. <br/>وقال المصدر في حديث لـ"<a href="https://web.archive.org/web/20120516074912/http://www.alsumarianews.com/ar/2/37314/news-details-.html" target="_blank" class="external">السومرية نيوز</a>"، إن "ضابطاً في الجيش برتبة نقيب وجندياً وشرطيين قتلوا فيما أصيب شرطيان في حصيلة نهائية للتفجير بسيارة مفخخة الذي استهدف صباح اليوم دورية مشتركة للجيش والشرطة في ناحية آمرلي التابعة لقضاء طوزخورماتو". <br/>وأضاف المصدر الذي طلب عدم الكشف عن اسمه، أن "قوة أمنية طوقت منطقة الحادث ونقلت المصابين إلى مستشفى قريب لتلقي العلاج، والقتلى إلى دائرة الطب العدلي، فيما فتحت تحقيقاً لمعرفة ملابسات الحادث والجهة التي تقف وراءه". <br/>وكان مصدر في شرطة محافظة صلاح الدين قال في حديث سابق لـ"السومرية نيوز" اليوم إن سيارة مفخخة انفجرت في ناحية آمرلي التابعة لقضاء طوز خورماتو، 90 كم شرق تكريت، مستهدفة دورية مشتركة للجيش والشرطة، مما أسفر عن مقتل جنديين وشرطي. <br/>يذكر أن محافظة صلاح الدين ومركزها مدينة تكريت، 170 كم شمال العاصمة بغداد، تشهد بين فترة وأخرى أعمال عنف تستهدف المدنيين والقوات الأمنية على حد سواء، كما تنفذ الأجهزة الأمنية بين الحين قال فيهما ديكتاتور الحكومة يسعى لأجل جعل كل المنجزات له، وإن لم يقدر فإنه سوف يسعى إلى إلغاء منجزاتهم (الوزراء) ومحوها وسد الطريق عليهم لخدمتكم. <br/>وكان الصدر يرد على طلب وجهه إليه عدد من أنصاره للتدخل لدى وزير العمل نصار الربيعي المنتمي إلى التيار الصدري، لتصحيح أوضاعهم الاجتماعية. <br/>وقال النائب جواد الحسناوي المنتمي إلى كتلة "الأحرار" التي تمثل تيار الصدر في البرلمان، وفقا للصحيفة إن المقصود من كلام السيد مقتدى الصدر هو رئيس الوزراء نوري المالكي، وأضاف أن هذا الأمر، أي الديكتاتورية، موجود من تشكيل الحكومة السابقة ومستمر حتى الآن. <br/>بدوره أكد مصدر مسؤول في مكتب الصدر في النجف أن المقصود هو رأس الحكومة العراقية، وليس الحكومة ككل. <br/>وكان الصدر حمل في شباط (فبراير) من العام الماضي، المالكي مسؤولية تردي الأوضاع في العراق لأنه على "رأس الهرم" القيادي للبلاد.</p> </div> </div> المتحدة، رئيس بعثة الامم المتحدة لمساعدة العراق مارتن كوبلر، الاحد، عن وجود ما يزيد على 1.3 مليون نازح داخل العراق ممّن هجّروا بعد سنة 2006، يأوي العدد الاكبر منهم والذي يزيد عن الــ(300) الف شخص مدينة بغداد. <br/>يأتي هذا الكشف من كلمة الإفتتاح التي سيلقيها اليوم مارتن كوبلر، في مؤتمر سيعقده عصرا في المنطقة الخضراء وسط بغداد، ومما جاء فيها أنه بالرغم من عودة مايقرب من 1.5 مليون شخص من النازحين داخل العراق إلى مواطنهم الأصلية منذ العام 2003، إلاّ أنّ أعدادا كبيرة منهم لاتزال غير قادرة أو غير راغبة في العودة إلى تلك الأماكن. <br/>ويضيف أنه وبحسب إحصاءآت الحكومة، لا يزال يوجد ما يزيد على 1.3 مليون نازح ممّن هجّروا بعد سنة 2006، يمثلون أكثر من 22,000 أسرة، تأوي بغداد العدد الأكبر منهم والذي يبلغ 328,347 شخصاً أو 57,194 أسرة مسجّلة لدى وزارة ا الهجرة. <br/>وجاء في بيان الامم المتحدة أن هذه الإحاطة الإعلامية ستسلط الضوء على أوضاع النازحين وتبيّن حاجتهم الملحّة للدعم الإنساني المستمر، مبينا أن التركيز سيكون على المشكلات الأساسية مثل الإجلاء (الطرد) من المساكن (المآوي) المشيّدة فوق أراضٍ مملوكة للدولة والأراضي ذات الملكية الخاصة والصعوبات التي تواجهم في الحصول على الخدمات والتعليم والرعاية الطبية. <br/>وسيعقب كلمة كوبلر، بحث (تنوير حول وضع الأسر النازحة في العراق)، تقدّمه كلّ من it. However, as pollution levels go up, fish die and waste is dumped there, that may soon change.</strong></p> <p>One of the problems that the oft-troubled northern city of Mosul does not have is a water supply. The Tigris River passes through the city, the capital of the state of Ninawa, dividing it into two coasts. And as it passes through, the river’s waters are used by a wide variety of businesses and private households on its banks.</p> <p>The local sewage department estimates that there are 172 sources of sewage pouring about half a million cubic meters of waste water into the river daily, including waste water from private households and factories, some of which are state-owned.</p> <p>On the banks of the Tigris, there are a number of construction sites, industrial areas and one large medical complex. Various types of liquids and solids find their way into the river, some of them dangerous, many of them untreated and polluting. أربعة أشخاص حتى ظهر اليوم. <br/><strong>محافظة بغداد</strong> <br/>وشهدت بغداد اليوم، مقتل 33 شخصاً وإصابة 210 آخرين بانفجار ست سيارات مفخخة في مناطق المنصور وأبو دشير والبياع والكاظمية والتاجي والكرادة. <br/>كما قتل ستة أشخاص وأصيب ثلاثة آخرون بهجوم مسلح على نقطة تفتيش في منطقة جسر الصرافية شمال بغداد. <br/>ونجا رئيس ائتلاف أبناء العراق الغيارى عباس المحمداوي من محاولة اغتيال بتفجير سيارة مفخخة في منطقة الغزالية غرب بغداد، أسفر عن مقتل طفلين وإصابة شقيقه وامرأة. <br/><strong>محافظة بابل</strong> <br/>وشهدت بابل اليوم، مقتل شخص وإصابة 90 آخرين بينهم مدنيون وطلاب بتفجير سيارة مفخخة بالقرب من مدرسة ابتدائية في قضاء المسيب شمال المحافظة. <br/>كما قتل شخص وأصيب ثلاثة آخرون بتفجير سيارة مفخخة قرب قائممقامية الحلة في حي الإسكان وسط المدينة. <br/>وقتل شرطي فيما أصيب آخران بتفجير سيارة مفخخة عند مفرق ناحية النيل شمال بابل أثناء محاولة تفكيكها من قبل خبراء المتفجرات. <br/>وقتل أيضاً عنصر في مكافحة المتفجرات بانفجار عبوة ناسفة مسيطر عليها قرب مديرية الطرق الخارجية شمال الحلة. <br/><strong>محافظة صلاح الدين</strong> <br/>وشهدت صلاح الدين مقتل ثلاثة أشخاص وإصابة 12 شخصاً بجروح بتفجير سيارة مفخخة في قضاء بيجي شمال تكريت. <br/>كما قتل شخص وأصيب 11آخرون بتفجير سيارة مفخخة في <br/><strong>محافظة ديالى</strong> <br/>وشهدت ديالى اليوم، مقتل شخصين وإصابة ثمانية آخرين بتفجير سيارة مفخخة في مفرق الملعب شمال بعقوبة. <br/>فيما قتل شخص وأصيب آخران بتفجير سيارة مفخخة بالقرب من دائرة الأمن والاستخبارات في قضاء بلدروز شرق بعقوبة. <br/>وقتل ثلاثة أشخاص وأصيب أربعة آخرون بتفجير خمس عبوات ناسفة وسط ناحية جلولاء شمال بعقوبة. <br/>فيما أصيب خمسة عناصر من الأمن الكردي الأسايش بتفجير استهدف دوريتهم قرب ناحية جلولاء شمال بعقوبة، واعتقلت قوة أمنية ثلاثة أشخاص يشتبه بتورطهم بالحادث. <br/>كما أصيب ثلاثة مدنيين بتفجير عبوة لاصقة في ناحية بني سعد غرب بعقوبة. <br/><strong>محافظة كركوك</strong> <br/>وشهدت كركوك إصابة عشرة عناصر في شرطة الطوارئ ومدني بتفجير سيارة مفخخة على طريق بغداد وسط كركوك. <br/>كما أصيب خمسة عناصر من الشرطة وثلاثة مدنيين بتفجير سيارة مفخخة في منطقة شارع تسعين وسط المحافظة. <br/>وأصيب عنصران في الشرطة بتفجير مزدوج وسط ناحية الرياض جنوب غرب كركوك. <br/><strong>محافظة نينوى</strong> <br/>وشهدت نينوى انهيار برجين للاتصالات بشكل كامل إثر تفجيرهما بسيارتين مفخختين في منطقة القوسيات شرق الموصل وقرية بايبوخ التابعة لناحية بعشيقة شمال المدينة. <br/>كما تمكنت قوة من الجيش العراقي من قتل مسلح حاول تفجير برج ثالث بسيارة مفخخة في حي العربي شمال الموصل، فيما أحبطت قوة من الشرطة محاولة لتفجير سيارة مفخخة قرب برج رابع في منطقة نفق حي الصحة غرب الموصل. <br/>وقتل حارس بقصف بالهاون على مشروع للمياه في حي الثورة غرب الموصل. <br/>واعتقلت قوة امنية مسلحاً ألقى قنبلتين يدويتين على دورية أمنية في حي المشاهدة وسط الموصل. <br/><strong>محافظة الأنبار</strong> <br/>وشهدت الأنبار اليوم، مقتل رائد في الشرطة بتفجير استهدف سيارته في حي الملعب وسط الرمادي.</p> </div>
