A lot of the impacts in the state occurred outside of New Orleans proper. The city itself would be a large focus of the article, sure, but so should the rest of southeastern Louisiana. And areas outside of the NOLA region should also have a place somewhere. I was pinged to come here because it is still rated A-class. I think a good justification for delisting it as A-class would be moving the article, since the content here, while valuable, isn't the entire story of Katrina's impacts in Louisiana.
