If you need flat access to your seats please ask when booking.</p> <h3>Ticket Discounts</h3> <p>50% discount on full-priced tickets for wheelchair user and companion if required. <br/> 10-50% discount on full-priced tickets for disabled patrons and up to one companion on many concerts.</p> <p>Please use the dedicated phone line for disabled patrons when booking tickets (0121 780 4949) and discuss your needs with our staff. It is very helpful to know if you would prefer to transfer from your wheelchair to a seat or whether you will be remaining in your wheelchair for the performance. Please book your space in advance by calling the Box Office <strong>0121 780 4949</strong>. You will be asked for your blue badge details, vehicle registration number, concert date, contact name and telephone number before we are able to reserve a space so please make sure you have this information to hand when you call.</p> <p>Other blue badge parking bays are on Margaret Street (near Cornwall Street), Edmund Street (near Margaret Street) and Pinfold Street. </p> <p>For more information about parking for Blue Badge holders in Birmingham please call 0121 303 6644.</p> <h3>Wheelchair Users</h3> <p>Town Hall, Symphony Hall and The <span class="caps">ICC</span> are accessible to wheelchair users and there are various positions where wheelchair users can be seated. Please discuss your needs with the Box Office staff when booking your tickets.</p> <p><strong>Symphony Hall</strong><br/> Adapted toilets for wheelchair users are located in the foyers on Level 3 and Level 5. A <span class="caps">RADAR</span> key is required to access the toilet on Level 3 near the cloakroom – please ask one of the Security Officers if you do not have your own <span class="caps">RADAR</span> key.</p> <p><strong>Town Hall</strong><br/> There are accessible toilets on all levels.</p> <h3>Visually Impaired People</h3> <p>Guide dogs are welcome. You can either keep them with you in the auditorium during the concert or we will be happy to look after your dog for you in the foyer while you enjoy the performance. In both cases you will need a receiver to use the system and these are available to borrow, free of charge, from the Programme Desk on the ground floor near to Door 2 – please ask a steward when you arrive.</p> <p><strong>Town Hall</strong><br/> The auditorium is equipped with a hearing loop system.
