Until the time is completed for which he separates himself to the LORD, he shall be holy. The previous days do not count, because they became defiled during their period of dedication.</td><td width="20%" class="even" valign="top"><a href="/numbers/6-12.htm">12</a>and separate himself to the LORD for the days of his separation and bring a male lamb a year old for a guilt offering. But the previous period shall be void, because his separation was defiled.</td><td width="20%" class="even" valign="top"><a href="/numbers/6-12.htm">12</a>and shall dedicate to the LORD his days as a Nazirite, and shall bring a male lamb a year old for a guilt offering; but the former days will be void because his separation was defiled.</td><td width="20%" class="even" valign="top"><a href="/numbers/6-12.htm">12</a>And he shall consecrate unto the LORD the days of his separation, and shall bring a lamb of the first year for a trespass offering: but the days that were before shall be lost, because his separation was defiled.</td><td width="20%" class="even" valign="top"><a href="/numbers/6-12.htm">12</a>He is to rededicate his time of consecration to the LORD and to bring a year-old male lamb as a restitution offering. offer the ram as a sacrifice of peace offering to the LORD, with the basket of unleavened bread.
