Under this scenario, coral reefs, kelp, mangrove forests, and seagrass beds rank among the most vulnerable marine and coastal ecosystems to climate change. Meanwhile, as a massive carbon reservoir, marine ecosystems can also contribute to slow down the pace of climate change. The workshop aligns with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3) on good health and well-being, focusing on enhancing resilience, emotional intelligence, and overall happiness. </p> <p> With global mental health concerns on the rise, impacting nearly 1 billion people (WHO, 2021), and the increasing pressures in workplaces, this workshop offers participants practical tools to manage stress and build a positive mindset.
