60o&nbsp; ,抛出速度为0.1 m·s -1 时,浇注液轨迹落在 X 轴下方 - 1 m处的水平面上,长度约为0.34 m。根据数值求解结果得出:模拟浇注过程中将浇包沿 X 轴正向以0.21 m·s -1 的速度移动,或将浇包沿 Y 轴负向以1 m·s -1 的速度移动,浇注液的初始速度以0.098 m·s -2 height="22">&nbsp;某高锰钢铸件因其内部空腔结构复杂而易形成铸造缺陷,为此采用ADSTEFAN软件和ProCAST软件对其初始铸造工艺进行数值模拟,分析了铸件温度场特点、铸件缺陷产生部位和原因。针对初始工艺铸造过程易出现的铸造缺陷,调整了轮毂冒口A、轮缘冒口B尺寸及冷铁形状和位置,优化了铸造工艺。模拟结果显示,优化工艺消除了铸件轮缘区域缩松缺陷,降低了热裂倾向。实际铸造试验验证了模拟中易于出现缩孔、缩松及热裂的位置,并表明优化工艺基本可行。</td>
