(Fe33Cr36Co15Ni15Ti1)96Al4高熵合金。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪、万能力学试验机和电化学工作站对合金的晶体结构、微观组织、元素分布、力学性能(压缩和拉伸性能)及腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,(Fe33Cr36Co15Ni15Ti1)96Al4高熵合金为FCC+BCC双相结构,合金微观组织为枝晶组织,室温下合金抗压强度为743 height="22">以有机酯为固化剂的普通水玻璃自硬砂具有生产环境好、产生的有害气体少的优势,目前广泛应用于铸钢件的生产。但以硅砂为原砂的水玻璃自硬砂用于生产结构复杂、质量要求高的铸铁件,与树脂砂工艺相比,还存在硬化速度慢,型芯砂强度较低,使用性能对环境湿度敏感等问题。为此,本文以一种新型硅酸盐粘结剂为对象,选用球形陶瓷砂,在固化剂自硬工艺基础上,添加促硬剂和多种粉末改性剂,重点研究了常温强度和高温残留强度的变化规律。正交试验获得的复合粉末改性剂优化配方为:陶瓷砂∶促硬剂∶氧化锆∶氮化硅=1 height="22">Al-22Si-10Ni合金具有较高的导热性和较低的热膨胀特性,但硬度偏低,对其进行Mg合金化,研究Mg对该合金凝固组织和热学性能的影响。研究显示,Mg的加入主要影响合金的末期凝固进程,合金凝固末期反应由Al-Si-Al3Ni三元共晶反应向Al-Si-Mg2Si三元共晶反应转变;热处理促进Mg2Si析出,少量Mg加入后Al-22Si-10Ni合金的热导率小幅上升,继续添加Mg后,热导率出现下降;Mg对合金热膨胀系数影响较小,可显著提升合金的硬度。Al-22Si-10Ni-0.5Mg合金表现出优异的综合性能,其室温热导率130.3 ℃、模具温度240 ℃、慢/快压射距离200 mm/60 mm、快压射速度为3.0 m/s、慢压射速度为0.2 m/s。数值模拟结果显示,该工艺参数组合下铸件缩松、缩孔体积为1.067 height="22">研究了鄂尔多斯硅砂、通辽硅砂、海南海砂、陶粒砂和宝珠砂的形貌,用其做原砂的碱酚醛树脂砂的抗拉强度,原砂抗机械破碎和粉化能力等。结果表明:鄂尔多斯硅砂形貌最差,呈尖角、片状;通辽砂、海砂较好,呈圆形、多角形;陶粒砂和宝珠砂最好,呈圆形。型砂24 h时抗拉强度,鄂尔多斯硅砂,只有0.277 MPa;通辽硅砂和海砂较高,接近0.6 MPa;宝珠砂,接近0.9 MPa;陶粒砂为0.667 MPa,高于硅砂,低于宝珠砂。经机械搅拌破碎试验得出:鄂尔多斯硅砂强度较低,抗破碎能力最差,易破碎粉化,粉尘含量由0.03%提高到0.812%;通辽硅砂和海砂强度都较好,粉化较轻,粉尘含量由0.016%提高到0.32%;陶粒砂强度也较好,粉化较少,粉尘含量由0提高到0.195%;宝珠砂破碎和粉化率极低,粉尘含量基本无变化。</td> </tr> <tr>
